Excellently. Dan was punctual, professional and very present during our questions about the furnace and related matters. He confirmed that the thermostat installed a year ago wasn't functioning properly, and he went and got a new one that he installed. Clearly, he went above and beyond just showing up and checking out our furnace. My wife and I want to really thank him and would definitely recommend him (and Precision) to others.

Until today, I was a repeat customer. I will no longer use this company. I was on their schedule for yesterday, October 26, 2017. The service window was to be 2 - 5pm. I took A HALF-DAY off work to meet the service tech, no one showed up! It wasn't until I CALLED at 4:15 and talked to a gentleman and asked if I was still on the schedule being that the service window was to end in 45 minutes. The gentlemen said that the service tech got "hung up" and would not be making it out today. I expressed the fact that I'd been waiting for 3.5 hours for someone to show up and needed to have my drain cleaned. He apologized, but said sorry we can't do it today... I never received a phone call saying that they weren't going to make it out or needed to reschedule. Meanwhile, I had a clogged main line, where I couldn't use the restroom, shower or use any appliance using water (washer, dishwasher etc...). What's most disappointing about the whole situation is - when I was told they weren't going to make it out, I left a message with the "manager" stating my situation and never heard back - no message, text message, missed call...anything. It baffles me, people think it's ok to run a business like this! DO NOT USE Precision Plumbing!!

My service technician Chris Waltz was amazing. He went through the whole problem (my water heater had a computer display on it) we discussed several options and then came to the conclusion it would be less expensive just to buy a new one. Chris was very professional at all times and cleaned up the mess so well I didn't even know he was in the basement. Highly recommend.

Very professional and courteous. However, the price was completely outrageous for replacement of a spigot. In addition, the Quote we were given for the A/C repairs and maintenance after the routine check was done was completely insane. I had the spigot replaced because I had no choice and could not wait any longer as we just had moved in and were having a lot of repairs done. However I ended up having the AC unit done for less than half of what we were quoted by this company. I would love to hire again but price was way above average.

I'd give them an "A" overall and across the board. I would also use them again.

The guy visited my home showed nice manner. But he asked and charged incredibly higher price for a small plumbing repair. The quality was bad in my observation. Will never use this company again.

They replaced my AC only. They showed up on time, provided me quotes, talked me through the process. Their install team was also punctual, relatively quick, and professional. Their prices were far from the lowest, but the lowest company had pretty bad scores here on Angie's list, and I didn't really trust. There was another company that was slightly lower, about 5%, but they were from much further away, and didn't offer the same kind of warranty. Additionally, precision is a local company, so I feel good about that. Unfortunately, the installer failed to fill out the paperwork correctly for the Xcel incentive, so after waiting my 6-8 weeks, I only got a portion of my incentive. When I compensated Precision to rectify the situation, they were very professional and understanding. They offered to compensate me for the missed incentive directly. They said a check would be in the mail in a few days. Over a week later, I received an email and phone call telling me that they had found the information they were missing, and would assist me in re-applying for the missing incentive, and it would be another 6-8 weeks. I'm glad they found the information they were missing, and I wouldn't ask them to just "eat" the $500 cost. But it was disappointing to have to wait another 6-8 weeks. All of these things were relatively minor. After everything, I would still hire them again, and that's the best recommendation that can be made.

It worked fine, but we discovered that circuit also powered outside light and garage. Service tech returned and restored power with no additional trip or service charge, even though neither of us thought to check on what else in older facilities were to be effected by shut off. I thought this was on the "over and above" since I as homeowner might have known the circuits better after 20 years in home. Reason for overall B was charge. This was supposed to be a free estimate and the work I authorized took about 10 minutes to pull two wires from the breaker (I was afraid to have done that myself) and test if the power to shed was indeed shut down.

They spent very little time on the line and said we needed to replace our whole sewer line. Then quoted 8200 for fixing only the sewer line in the yard, fixing half the problem. I had a second opinion come 2 days later and they could not even get their camera down the line!!! What a waste. I've tried to call precision to ask for a refund and they will not return my calls. Stay away!!

It was a very good experience. I think they were very reasonably priced, they were here for a couple hours. They were very responsive. They were an excellent company to work with.

We hired Precision 5+ years ago to replace exhaust fans in our three baths. We recently had new bathroom lights put in by Brian Enyart, a trusted contractor. During that process we discovered that the original exhaust fan work completed by a Precision technican was shoddy at best. The fans were not connected to vents and were just jammed in place. I called and spoke with Precision's GM. I had left him an earlier voicemail. He had done his research and let me know that the technican was no longer working for the company and volunteered to refund the total amount we had paid for the fans and labor originally. We have used Precision for nearly 15 years and this confirmed our choice. Precision is a stand up company. The way that I was treated showed excellent customer service.

After being told that we needed to replace our furnace immediately, by another company, we called Precision for a second opinion. They arrived within 2 hours and did a thorough inspection explaining everything as we watched. They reassured us that we did not have carbon monoxide leaking from the heat exchanger (as claimed by a company with a similar name) and that our furnace, while old, was working safely. They earned our gratitude and future business.

They're excellent. They're very good. They're customer service is awesome. It was done quickly, that was the main thing.

Thing went well and we will continue to use them.

Everything was fine. They are reliable and dependable. They are more expensive than some of their competitors but it's worth it.

I would recommend them to friends. They are always very professional, they know what they are doing and they are quick. They came out one night on a Christmas Eve when our heater went out and they had someone available to fix it. They keep someone on call all the time.

Didn't fix the problem--assumed it was the sump-pump first before examining the whole system, then were going to charge us another two grand to fix the problem they ignored in the first place. This is a money-making machine, and they do not care at all about the customer or their quality. If you complain about them, they will simply blacklist you, so if you get work, don't expect them to pick up the phone when you have problems.

We are finishing our basement and needed a licensed plumber to connect up the new drains into the main drain that goes to the sewer. While we are comfortable doing all the other work inside the house we wanted to rely on someone with expertise who knows the plumbing codes and will do it right. Basically we wanted to be able to rely and trust on the work that would be done below the concrete slab. They gave us excellent service and totally overwrote the bad experience we had with the first guy who came out yesterday. Well done Precision!

It was easy to make an appointment with Precision. They showed up on time and were very professional when they were here. I had another quote earlier in the day for the same repair and was hopping that Precision would be at or lower because they told me they could do the work on that day and I was ready to hire them. The price to change the toilet of $600 was over 3 times the first quote. I told the guy and he mentioned their large fleet of trucks for why it was so high which made me think they should probably sell a few of their trucks. I would not call Precision again for a quote.
