First, it took several days for me to connect with the gal - I'd leave her a message telling her days I could make myself available ("please select one or make another suggestion," I would ask) and she'd call me back saying sorry she missed me (rather than just suggest a time!). Finally we settle on a time for them to come out 7-10 days later, they came alright (and the guy seemed knowledgeable), but that's the last I heard from them. After another 7-10 days, I called them and when I finally connected with her, she seemed a bit confused that I was looking for a quote. She started quoting me labor and parts and all that, which would have been of interest if I had time to chat. As it was, I needed to get back to work and asked that she send me a written quote and just tell me what the bottom line cost was going to be. I finally got a bottom line cost (which was not unreasonable, though I was annoyed that I had to ask 3+ times) and asked that she send the details in the mail (they don't have ability to email). I never heard from them again and the whole thing was a complete waste of my time. If it takes that much effort just to get a quote, what would it have taken to get a job done?!

WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR 8 YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT, ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO SHOW US ANY PROBLEMS THEY FIND. EVEN THOUGH THEY OFTEN TRAMP AROUND IN MUD I HAVE NEVER SEEN IT DRAGGED INTO THE HOUSE.
