V12.Net software developed by Instant Software caused our newly established Property Management/Vacation Rental Company not only unnecessary delays, but money and excessive work to recoup from their mistakes. We were promised a product and service (support) in exchange for a substantial fee. We met our obligation and paid in full. In essence, we were used to develop their product which still remained inadequate when we parted ways months following the initial agreement and payment in full to V12.Net. We asked time and time again for their help, for their support, and for the training we were promised and paid for upfront but got almost nothing in return. Months passed while V12.Net attempted to "enhance" our software causing us to fall behind competitively while loss of critical prime week bookings passed us by. We had no way to book reservations or to even have a functioning website. Though we were assured it would be up and running in no time, it was not. Though promised we could depend on the functionality, compatibility and efficiency of their product, they failed miserably. We paid dearly for their software or as it turned out for the development of their software. As a new operation dependent on V12.Net software, we met deficiencies, frustration, disbelief and our sincere calls for help fell silent. I only asked that V12.Net do the right thing for a good paying client me. Instead, they not only failed to fulfill their contractual commitment to me, but refused to refund any of the money I paid up front for service I never got and goods they never delivered. Eighteen years in Property Management now, and having worked with many software products, I cannot remember a single other company that was so disappointing, inadequate, and malfunctioning. Desire new or alternate software? Think twice before you consider V12.Net. The deliberate lack of response regarding V12.Net, to our calls for help, forced us to seek/acquire software at MORE cost to us.
