Personable and appreciative of any help we (as homeowners) could provide -- vacuuming for example. They didn't hesitate to do something the right way when Plan A didn't work to their satisfaction. They took the time (much added time) to complete the job correctly. So much better than the last company we used several years ago. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and showed us the techniques used.

Very professional and hard worker. Highly recommend. Newer Carpet had major bump from improper installation. Nip and tuck stretched out to new installation look. Very happy. Reasonably priced and excellent job. Forgot to rate earlier but after 3 months carpet still great so you know carpet stretching works with great results. Thank you

Carpet repair and stretching . On time . The tech looked professional, and did a very good job. The work was finished in a timely manner, and the total charge for the repairs and stretching was very reasonable. I would hire this company again in the future .

This company did quality work. They did an excellent job on stretching the carpet and also fixed a small area that had frayed. I also appreciated that that they got back to me right away for setting up an appointment.
