I wish all contractors/service providers were as professional as Nip & Tuck Carpet Repair. From the initial phone call to completion of the job, this was hands-down one of our best experiences. Ross came out to do the work and he was quiet, professional, efficient and neat. He even brought his own vacuum! First time, ever, that I didn't have to clean up after a contractor left! We are so happy with the service. I wish all service providers were like Nip & Tuck.

It took several phone calls (approx 4) before I was able to connect and speak to a live person to set an appointment. But once the appointment was made, they were on time, on budget, did excellent repair work, and cleaned the area when finished. The technician was courteous and professional.

Technician was very curtious he actually took his shoes off while working on the carpet whcih kept my other carpet clean.

We hired them to repair the work done by another contractor which had numerous problems. The guys at Nip & Tuck fixed our problems and did everything they could to make our carpet look and feel great. They gave due attention to the details that made a big difference. The guys worked incredibly hard, and a very long day, to get things fixed for us. They were polite and very respectful of our home. We highly recommend this company. Especially after our experience hiring a contractor that did just about the worst job you could imagine. They fixed our problems and made our house a better place. After a horrible experience with another company it was a relief to find Nip & Tuck.
