Great company

I received several estimates for a back patio and Leo and his crew were the cheapest and he gave me the estimate immediately before leaving. The patio is exactly what we were looking for and I will have them back at a later date to pour a walkway for us.

Poor cleanup after the job. Concrete splatter on my patio door and siding. Part of concrete not completed. I emailed owner, and he said they would take care of it. Employee who showed up to take forms of did not clean it up, even after I asked him to. Overall the project looks nice, but disappointed in the details and lack of follow up.

For all people looking to have any concrete work done, I would not recommend this company and read all of the reviews. Some seem so great and the others are a more accurate example of what you will receive from beginning to end! There was a review posted on 2-28-19 Vanessa and Kyle where they stated that the work was horrible and that all parties involved agreed the entire job should be started over which at that point they were asked for more money. The owners of CNC responded to that review and stated they never made that statement and they stand by their work (which is amateur at best). I agree with what Vanessa and Kyle were asked because through this hellish experience we had a heated conversation with Leo and Manuel where there was a comment by me that I dont care if they have to start over to get my patio to look like a $6800 patio and walkway. Leo then ask me **who is going to pay for the concrete?**... well duh... not me who has paid you more than what was originally quot. Oh that's the other part of this, we had them originally quote us for a walkway only which was quoted at $2116 but then had Leo come back out to quote us a patio as well. The patio which is 26x17 stamped and grey concrete was quoted at $4199. We agreed to their quote and turned down 3 other companies (should have gone another way) they poured our walkway and patio on 9-17-19 after they did the work that night I texted Leo when we could walk on it and the next steps, he then texted back telling me what we can and cant do by when, but then add that our final price was almost $7300, our original quote was $6315, now we did add some stamping but nothing worth an increase of $974. We worked on price and I felt $6800 was fair, but now with the damages and lack of care for my property, plus the concrete cracking only 3 weeks later, I dont even feel $6315 was worth it. We hired someone to get it done right and be able to enjoy it but now we are dealing with two individuals that cashed our check ASAP and now dont have a care in the world to fix it right. They continue to ask what we want and that what do we expect when it is just concrete. We will be going to court on this one I am sure after reading ALL reviews tonight and seeing how many people they do not care to take care of after collecting. Leo and Manuels integrity and quality of work is questioned at this point by my husband and I. To make matters worse last night went to our walkway and notice there is a crack already going down one slab, then as you look closer you can tell the covered it with a patch of concrete and the crack has cracked through the patch and past it to the joint. I truly believe they will do whatever they can to tell you that it is fine, not to worry about things, or cover it up, so they hopefully can make it to a year and then shortly after you have to replace all of it again because they do not either know what they are doing or use the CHEAPEST materials that can be found. I will not refer ANYONE to this company and if I ever hear someone bring them up I will be sure to not only share my experience but others experiences as well. Homeadvisor should read these reviews and consider the business they are refer to help people with projects. CNC was very prompt in pouring and stamping our concrete patio. Between the estimate and the actual work being done, only 2 weeks time elapsed. The coloring and sealing of the concrete was not on schedule taking longer than scheduled. Overall, CNC did a good job!

After Leo and crew finished my patio, looked great for a few months, then concrete started flaking and chipping off. Took awhile before I can get Leo to come out and look at. Promised to re-do job in a few weeks but ended up taking 7 months to get his crew back out. They did an overlay on the patio and it looks terrible. Off colored patches everywhere, we had chipping and flaking on the concrete. Leo told me the overlay is not guaranteed so what I have is a very bad product. I wish I can post pictures of what my patio looks like. That would give potential customers a pause before you hire these guys. I would not recommend this company to ANYBODY!

My experience has been horrible! after the drive was poured in April within 5 days the steps cracked and I have been waiting every since for them to fix. I STILL have cracked stairs they have gone months without any communication. they say they will call or come by and don't. Rain was a factor early on but we have had several dry days since. They have moved on to others jobs and DO NOT CARE to fix the errors they left us with! I will not recommend them to ANYONE!!!

Leo and crew were great. I love my patio. Had a couple of hic cups but Leo took care of it, no problem.

I had 2 stamped patios installed and with in 4 months both patios had cracks. After a month of calls and texts to Leo, he finally came by and said he would repair them . He was a no call and no show for the 1st appointment, I called again and set up another appointment and once again a no call and no show for the 2nd appointment. Do yourself a favor and chose a better company that stands by their work and provides a better product. The only time they were responsive was to collect the $6200. See you in small claims

The estimate process was great. He showed up on time and was very professional, They had to reschedule due to the weather which was fine, but they didnt let us know they had rescheduled. During the job, they ran out of concrete and had to bring more to complete the job. The finished product looks terrible. The patio has a low spot in the middle, seams that are inconsistent and not even, uneven curbs, and just really sloppy work. The customer service after the job was bad. The standard response was that he was not concerned about it. Would not hire again or recommend.

We highly recommend CNC Concrete. They enlarged our back concrete porch and did an excellent job. They arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up like they were never here. Very professional. The quality of the job is outstanding. We could not be happier with their work. And we will definitely use them again if the need arises.

They came on time, even though the weather had put them behind. They completed the steps to my satisfaction and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely hire them again.

Leo and Manual have been great and the job looks wonderful so far. They still need to come out and seal my stamped concrete patio, after it is completely dry, but so far I am very happy. Also, I want to let everyone know that the customer service in the office is top notch as well.

Leo and Manual arrived on time for both the meeting to provide a bid as well as doing the actual deck tear out and concrete pad pour they did for us. The fit and finish was awesome on the job they did for us. The fact that they were able to do everything the same day blew us away. Great company, very very happy with the work they did.

Leo and Manuel are awesome! They were very professional; they set a start date, showed up on time, poured 2 large concrete pads and were done in 1 day. I watched them as they worked and the crew's attention to detail was amazing. They did such a good job that I paid more to buy them all lunch! I will have them do more work soon!

Initially, the owner was on site, provided a fantastic estimate and was professional/efficient. Our job was to install a slab for the porch, and 13 steps leading down towards the street. Not one step is correct. Mis-shaped, uneven, not plumb with the house/brick. The square concrete planters are no longer square. I contacted the owner who came that same afternoon to discuss what needed to be done. This was almost a $4000 job. My husband, Leo and I all agreed that the majority of the job needed to be ripped out and redone. Leo then asked for additional money from us so he could get this fixed. No. The following day, we asked for our money back as we did not feel his team would be able to correct the situation. Leo told my husband that he could not give us our money back, and no longer returned our calls. This afternoon we contacted Leo again, and said if he could return half of our money, and re do the porch and steps, properly, we would give him the other half. We have yet to hear from him and will be filing a small claim. This is NOT how we wanted this to end, and surprising given other reviews. Happy to provide pictures if anyone would like to see the mess that is our front walkway. UPDATE 04/01/2019 Vanessa H. The whole project needs to be ripped out and redone. Although the company offered to redo, we have chosen to not accept this as we feel that the scope of knowledge in this type of job is appropriate. We asked for a refund and were told No. We can not do that. If you want to pay us additional money we will redo, but we cannot refund your money. What type of business owner says this? I am sending Demand letter, and possible small claim issued ASAP

Manuel and his crew are friendly and eager to do everything to your satisfaction at a very fair price. He is also very patient if your job has irregularities and requires unusual efforts to accomplish the goal.

Miguel did an excellent job. We had to reschedule because of bad weather but they were very quick once it was scheduled and great customer service. I'd recommend this company for any concrete work.
