Out of 5, J&M was the only one that was honest. All others said I needed the whole uniit; $1,400. " you can't replace just the motor or bearings, you have to replace the whole unit." J & M replaced the motor at one third the cost. Excellent service and completed exactly when they said it would be done.

It was fantastic. Jeff Bailey (our technician) discussed our various options. We had three different jobs we needed to have done. Jeff came back a few days later and did everything in one day. We have been very pleased with the results. Jeff did an excellent job and we would highly recommend the company and Jeff's work to all.

Brian came out and explained what needed to be done (all new electric panel) and I hired them based on his explanation and detailed bid. There were no added costs and everything was scheduled and completed quickly. Friendly and very efficient staff! Brian never made me feel stupid for any of the questions I asked. Joined the service plan because I plan to use them in the future.
