I hired JM Electric to fix some electrical work in my kitchen. The technician was friendly and did okay work but they have scheduling issues. The tech was and hour late to our appointment even though I asked several times about when he would be able to show up because we had scheduling issues for the consultation appointment. When I called to see where the guy was dispatch just hung up on me. Luckily I have a flexible job that allows me to take off whenever, so I was able to LEAVE WORK AGAIN to meet the guy when he was an hour late. What a headache.

Brian offered valuable insight into issues we'd been having and helpful advice on how to address them. He was very prompt and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I've already recommended JM Electric to multiple people and would not hesitate to use them any time I need electrical work done in the future.

The electrician responded promptly and informed me ahead of time of what the trip costs would be. My only complaint was that he was unable to repair the light fixture. He offered a credit towards replacing the fixture. There are three special light fixtures in my kitchen with hand blown glass that cost $1,000 each. Replacing them with something from a hardware store was not really an option.
