There was an initial problem with the first estimate being too low and not enough time set aside for the work, but JM Electric worked hard to resolve matters in a timely manner and at a very fair price. Would definitely hire again.

JM Electric sent Armand to us. He came in, listened to all that we wanted done, suggested some things we didn't even think of and gave us a fair price for the work. We were impressed with Armand's professional work and would definitely recommend JM Electric.

It was a somewhat complicated job because of the aluminum wiring. However, The electrician that came out removed the drain from the back of my dishwasher, and when finished, could not figure out how to put it back on. I had to finish that part of jobs up.

On time, professional and solved my problem.

This is the 2nd time I hired JM Electric in the past few years. Both times, we had problems with the work after the first visit. And both times, they came back until it was fixed. It was always easy to get help when we needed it, and the final product was great.

We had a DYI project go a bit wrong and Armand came in, fixed it, showed me how many more outlets were impacted and took care of it beautifully. His customer service was excellent and I really appreciate the time he took to explain what exactly he was going to do. I will be calling them again for future work.

Our electricians name was Brian he was fantastic. We had a problem when the first person but the company fixed a wrong situation a right by sending out Brian. He did the job for free and would not even allow us to tip him. He was very professional and fast.

Problem was a faulty outlet that interrupted other outlets. Electrician replaced faulty outlet and so far so good. Great service on the phone and in person. Wes was on time, courteous, and professional. Although it was his last job for the day, he was incredibly patient as he answered a ton of questions for me. We discussed some other projects I was considering and I received a estimate by email within 24 hours. Will definitely call them again and I highly recommend Wes.

I thought the problem was simple but it turned out to be difficult, involving some carpentry. Dave was up to thee task and did an excellent job.

Clark was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Clark took time to understand the issue, talking through possible sources and resolutions and then went to work. I was very pleased with the effort and thoroughness Clark demonstrated in fixing our electrical issues - I would recommend Clark and JM Electric any time.

It was probably my eagerness, but the process of the estimate was skipped over. I didn't know until after I looked at the receipt that there was a $39 dispatch fee, not that it mattered to me. David listened to what I needed done and started right to work. He had to fix a rookie mistake of my attempt to fix a problem and was hesitant to call me out on it. Very please with the whole experience.

The electrician who fixed my doorbell was very professional and did a great job.

First let me say that the electrician Dave was 1st class. I had an unknown problem with the outlet on my kitchen island. Long story short the wiring had been completely cut by contractors during repairs after water damage. Dave had to research where the wiring from the basement was to the island originated. He found the power source and rewired. Excellent workmanship. Thanks Dave!!! I will request you if the need arrives.
