They need to explain not just about the call out fee but they need to let people know there is a minimum fee that they will need to pay. They need to change their minimum, if they aren't going to spend that much time on it, its not worth that much money.

I had a very positive experience working with JM Electric. Armand, the electrician that completed the jobs I had done, arrived on time for both the estimate and to do the work. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. He provided what I perceived to be a fair and reasonable estimate for the work to be done, and completed all projects thoroughly and efficiently. When he wasn't sure about something I wanted or requested, he asked questions before just proceeding with what HE thought I said. All in all, I was very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work he completed In addition, all the individuals I interacted with at JM Electric were a pleasure to work with including Nate, the manager. He kindly worked out a payment plan with me that allowed me to pay over time (without this, I may not have been able to have all the work I did completed). The receptionist I spoke with over the phone several times, and the woman who helped me process payments were also friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to hire JM Electric again, and would love to have Armand do the work. I highly recommend them for any electrical services you need.

Can't say enough good things. They arrived when promised, went above and beyond to get our hodgepodge job completed. Clean, neat, professional. Armand was our electrician and he was very professional and did great work even when I added stuff after he got here.
