Armand was very knowledgeable. He showed us that the transformer was in the furnace/electrical closet and the wiring went to the top of the stairwell. He removed the dead batteries from our digital iChime doorbell Trace out and labled the wiring and wired it directly to the transformer and the front door lighted doorbell button. Everything works perfectly now!

They came out and replaced a breaker and one outlet. Because of their "flat rate" billing, they charged me $420 for the privilege. 45 minutes of work, two basic parts, 400 bucks. Ridiculous. I only went ahead since I had already taken time off of work and it would have been really inconvenient to reschedule. Wish I had asked up front. Price gouging.
