Brian and his apprentice were great! We wanted the work done quickly before we fully moved in and JM Electric was able to schedule an estimate right away, and then get the work done quickly as well. They were in line with the other quotes, but have better reviews and I just felt more confident in Brian after meeting with other companies. The work was completed as described, right on the quote amount and very quickly. Brian was able to avoid any drywall damage, so no cleanup work for me afterwards. I would highly recommend! I updated this review and lowered by rating slightly to reflect issues with scheduling the inspection after the work was completed. The work was great and passed the inspection, however, the inspection was not scheduled as discussed and it took a couple phone calls in order to get the inspection scheduled. We also got some conflicting information that we should have been contacted by the inspector. We expected a phone call, and missed the inspector while we ran to get lunch. I called and rescheduled myself and was given an arrival window from the County. It would have been easier and more convenient to schedule the inspection myself. Otherwise, things went smoothly.

Jim does a great job. Easy to schedule and has a great work ethic. He answered all my questions and was patient with the additional items I needed installed, but had forgotten to mention.

Excellent service dept. 2 techs from the service dept. showed up early. Great professionalism and knowledge. They bailed me out of a tough situation that another general contractor left me in. The techs went above and beyond the call. The scheduler (Yvonne, who was great!) was able to squeeze me in the next day. Highly recommend!!!

The electrician was awesome. The job was NOT easy, but he was very patient and toughed it out and stayed waaaay longer than was expected. Great service. Highly recommend them.
