I was looking for an electrician and not only were they the only ones to return my call, they were very friendly and professional. They electrician was also great! He was able to fix my issue within the first hour and was able to diagnose my overall issue as well.

JM Electric estimated my job on a Monday and performed the work on the following Wednesday. This response was great! Other electricians were 2-3 wks out and not interested in another job. Armand was very knowledgeable and offered good suggestions to improve the job. I would definitely hire JM again.

If you use a call center they should have up to date information about the services you provide, like if 24 hour emergency service is available or not. Management and technicians were great! To bad our issue had to even get to them.

I think it was a bit pricey but they were able to complete the project the same day which was excellent! Really please electrician and they returned my call immediately after I pushed the button for my request on Home Advisor.
