Highly recommend! Responded to my request within 5 minutes and set up an appointment for 8:00 a.m. the next day. Dominic called to tell me when he would arrive and was prompt, personable and professional. Once he gave me the quote and accepted it, he did the work right then and completed it within an hour! Very pleased with their customer service and work product.

Definitely call HomeAdvisor to hook you up with quality companies. JM Electric came in way below several other quotes I had gotten. Jim did an outstanding job and was a super nice guy. Will do business with JM Electric again.

I had to pay upfront for the service to perform, and I'm never comfortable doing that, but the technician exceeded my expectations and therefore, it was well worth it. He solved in 30 minutes what another electrician spend 4 hours troubleshooting (and not finding).

Bryan was friendly and professional. Was willing to answer any questions even ones unrelated to job at hand. Its good to know I'll get Bryan again if I call JM in the future.

Josh was super knowledgable and professional, and frankly, a joy to work with. It was obvious that he has expertise and thinks through the job before he starts. I do think that they're worth at least what you pay them. Super professional in demeanor - no smoking, no profanity, friendly, and they worked quickly and smart. We already hired Josh for another job, and I highly doubt that will be the last.

Overall, the repairman showed up in time, was respectful, and did a good job. However, I felt like the price for the service was way too expensive since the fix was simple (i.e fix crossed wiring on the outlet). I would recommend this company, but will caution people on the pricing.

Armand was awesome, he was on time, friendly, and did good work. We had lots of little projects throughout the home, he completed them all in a timely manner and was upfront about what was wrong, and how he could fix it, and the cost. Would recommend.

Timely response and quickly solved our problem. He was pricey but his minimum fees were disclosed before he arrived.

Work looks professional and is up to code now. I now have a way to turn off all electricity to the house with one easy to access switch. They added a whole new panel, three copper grounds and rewired electric meter.
