Jim the technician arrived early, was polite and professional. Project completd in 2hrs, looks and works great. Value rated low due to price. Almost $600 for a switch, conduit, and outlet. parts couldn't have been more than $100.. So $500 for 2hrs labor and peace of mind seems steep. I know I signed off on it, but trip charges to get estimates pretty much locks you in to the 1sr 1 or 2 bids....choose wisely! The standard pricing scale does not favor the smaller projects!

The technician did a good job installing the wiring and ceiling fans in 3 different rooms. He was fast and prompt amd polite amd did a nice job cleaning up afterward. Some drywall around the lightswitch boxes was damaged so he switched out the plates for larger ones, though I'm not sure how avoidable this damage was.

Armand was fantastic! I called in a pinch and he called to confirm my address in less then an hour. Showed up when he said was and was the most pleasant guy to deal with assessed the situation and in this case corrected it in a timely professional manner. What ever you pay Armand is not enough. I highly recommend JM and be sure to ask if Armand is available, I know I will if the need arises!

Armand was excellent. He was efficient and courteous and he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with job, which I was. He made sure to leave areas where he had worked clean. I would definitely call him again.
