Everything about Jeff's visit was awesome. I will definitely use JM Electric for future projects and highly recommend to anyone needing an electrician. Arrived on time, was clean and courteous, very friendly to my dog :), finished the job quickly, cleaned up thoroughly, and all for a great prices. A great experience from start to finish.

Absolutely wonderful! Very professional. Covered his shoes to protect my floors. Carefully moved the dryer to get behind it. Very careful, knowledgable, and respectful. I've already recommended him to two other people.

The service representative, Jeff, was on time, completed work before schedule time, left a clean work area, informed us of any developments as the work was being performed, provided a professional atmosphere, and explained the pricing making us feel that it was fair and met our needs. I am sure there are other fine service personnel working for JM Electronics. Being a creature of habit, I will request Jeff for our next job! He sets a high standard for the rest of your company that may be hard to match! Overall the experience was exceptional!

I was very impressed with JM Electric, the electrician that worked on my project was very knowlegable, courteous and efficient. He communicated the technical aspects of the job in terms that I could understand. When he finished the work, I changed my mind about the LED light bulbs used and he cheerfully and promtly changed the bulbs. The quality of the work is excellent and I am happy with it.

I couldn't ask for any better service. Jim walked me through everything and explained exactly how everything worked with the quote. He worked late into the night to ensure it was done before leaving. After finding a pin sized hole in a wire he was able to rewire numerous switches that the builder had wired incorrectly and did way more than expected to ensure the fix was complete.

Jeff was prompt, professional and thorough, and explained everything. The more I look at it, the one fixture needs to be lowered, so the project really isn't complete. I need to call them and get an estimate on re-hanging it.

Jim did the installations of two outlets in my garage and moved a 220VAC range outlet. All done professionaly and promptly. Cleaned kup afterwards. I would recommend to anyone needing electrical work.

Great job done by Wes from J M Electric, Inc. Price was great and the job was finished in record time! Follow up by the receptionist was done after the initial appointment was made, and when the job was complete, Wes took time to discuss what he had done, as well as left behind correspondence for us to review. I will definitely be using this company again in the future!

The quality of work was good and the customer service was excellent. The price was good too. He doublechecked some electric and found why the hallway light was not working. (it was not grounded).
