High Rise Gutter & Repairs

Was fighting with a company trying to get more money out of my insurance to go over board with the repairs to my siding. High Rise came in and got the job done within 2 weeks after a year of back and forth with an other company. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great guys very friendly and made sure I was informed as to anything happening on the project. A++ in my book.

I needed a handyman to repair some loose vinyl siding. Mike and his brother found mold behind the siding,. They found matching siding, removed and replaced everything that was moldy. Mike and I inspected all the remaining siding and Mike found and repaired other problems the roofers had missed. They are not afraid of hard work. I highly recommend Highrise gutter if you need a handyman for exterior home work.

We were lucky to catch Michael who came out and quoted the job on the same day and had it finished within the week (we had to wait out some rain) to a high degree of quality. We appreciate that he was open to taking on a smaller job. He was very professional throughout the process, and we are pleased with the results.

Gentleman came out and reviewed my situation (which is unusual) made some professional suggestions but listened to me when I asked what I could do. He gave me a verbal estimate on the spot, followed up with a written estimate. On the day of installation he and his crew were on time, efficient, took care to keep the area clean and removed my old gutters, installed the new with downspouts and extensions in very quick order. Highly recommend this company.

Michael was very easy to work with. He quoted the job on Tuesday and we hired him. He showed up the next day on time and got right to work. There were some issues that came up as he started working on the gutters, but he ran to the store and got the materials he needed to repair the damage and it added a little bit to the cost of the job but nothing outrageous. He kept us informed of everything he had questions or issues on. Real happy with the job he and his brother did.

Michael repaleced all the gutters on my home and seemed to do good job...BUT first rain I noticed a leak between gutter and the roof. Over several months I called him three times to get this problem fixed and never even got a call back. So if he does it correctly the first time you are probably good. But if there is a problem, do not count on it being addressed.
