This is a family owned small business...only two employees. The tech was having a little trouble fixing my gas pilot box problem, so the owner came right away and solved the problem. Both were courteous, professional and delightful. Bonus...my fireplace glass hasn't been this clean since it was new. :)

Offered additional service like putting a hood on the chimney which I declined on. but offered to fill the cracks in the mortar around the chimney on the roof for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I took him up on it. They were friendly and efficient.

Dan came and worked on my stove for around two hours. He seemed knowledgeable and was very friendly and polite. He left to find a part and told me he would call in an hour to update me. It has been a week and I never heard back. The repair was not completed and he did not charge me. I am contacting another business.

After 3 years of fireplace repair rip offs we finally found someone great! Very professional, reasonably priced, and on time. Hurray! Our fireplace works. Use this guy. He's great.

Elevations did a great job clean our gas fireplace. They were informative on the process and have made our fireplace better and more functional than ever.

The owner came out and you could tell he was very knowledgable about chimneys. He also thought at first I would need a part from what he could see on the ground, yet when he went on the roof, told me it wasn't needed and even let me know what I had was superior quality. He showed integrity not charging this single mom for something that was not needed, especially since I would not know either way.
