They were really professional, I just thought it was a lot of money. They respond quickly.

On January 18, 2012 I called Done plumbing. I called them as I had a coupon in the mail and knew no other plumber. I was taking care of my grandchildren. I had three sick kids and no heat. A technician came out to evaluate my problem and told me the "flame sensor" was bad and needed to be replaced. I asked if it could be cleaned he said no it was too bad and had to be replaced, the furnace is 7 years old. He told me that when the heat sensor goes out there are two other parts that also will usually go out and should be replaced too. He said if you don't do them now, you could be calling me back in a month or two and you will pay for the same labor all over again. The estimate was over $700.00. I am 70 years old, I know nothing about this stuff and I have 3 sick kids with no heat. Even though I suspected I was being taken advantage of I had no choice but to go ahead with his estimate. However I have since found out that the flame sensor does not "go out", it simply needs to be cleaned, along with the rest of the furnace. I don't know if Done trains their employees to be opportunists, but this guy definitely was an opportunist and took advantage of an old lady with scare tactics. I am DONE with Done, I hope you are too.

I would say they are okay, we paid extra to have immediate response when we called them but they did good work.

This was the last of several plumbing events that Done Plumbing has helped us with, both at our home and our rental condo. Every time we have needed help, they have arrived on the day of my call, been professional and fixed the problem. Their plumbers are very knowledgable, friendly and competent. They were very good. They were expensive, but they were willing to work with me on a Sunday, which was nice; basically, I had an emergency need for them to come on a Sunday.

Went very well. Came within an hour of our call on Christmas Day. Completely cleaned out the line past the t-bone, clogged due to grease that shouldn't have gone down the drain! Took over an hour but now is completely functioning. Service person was extremely professional, polite, hard working, efficient.

Done had completed some work for my Father earlier in the year. My Father's report was that they were very expensive but thorough. I decided to give them a try. We had a bathroom shower with a leaky faucet and so I had them come out to bid the job. To replace the faucet they bid nearly $1000.00. This was to replace a faucet using existing fittings. Needless to say I was shocked. I asked the tech to have the manager contact me to explain how it could be so much. The owner (I believe) did indeed call me within a day or two and was very friendly and explained that they are a very profiessional organization and that you get what you pay for. While in principal, I agree, Done's bid for this was proposterous. I ended up completing the job myself in less than 4 hours which included 2 trips to the hardware store. I did it all for under $200.00 which included the cost of the brand new faucet. I really had the sense that Done was trying to gouge us.I will not be calling on Done Plumbing again. I have since found APEX Plumbing whom I've now used several times and have been impressed not only with their competitive pricing but also their professionalism and competence.

Very fast response. Good person who came to do the work. I could have done the work myself, but was not sure what the problem was until they came out and helped me fix it.

They were great and I had a water pipe leak and a man came in and fixed it, he did a great job. They came in on a weekend, and were here very quickly. If they hadn’t come as quick as they did, I would have had a lot more damage from flooding. I do appreciate their quick service, and the price was reasonable. The plumber was a very polite young man. He actually asked me if I had any coupons.

We contacted Done Plumbing on Sunday and they were able to send someone out the same day at no extra cost. They gave us a quote and completed all the work the same day even though it required a trip to Home depot for parts. The plumber was very professional and kept us informed of what he was doing and any risks in the project. We were very satisfied at the end we signed up for a 2 year contract to get discounted services. This was our second experience with the company and we are still very pleased.

They were professional. I would recommend them. He was pleasant enough. They were efficient.

They came out the same day and were quite helpful. They addressed the situation right away. No problems what so ever.

I was very happy with this company; they were responsive, sending a tech the same day I called. Bryan was very professional, friendly and competent. He performed all the work I requested quickly and had all the parts he needed. I also found the price to be competitive. I will use this company again.

Done Plumbing was very professional and they came out to provide an estimate on replacing a shower faucet. After paying the service call fee, the proposal to replace the shower faucet was nearly $1000.00. That's right, one-thousand dollars. At that point, I decided to just do the job myself which did take several hours as it was an older property, but it never should have been priced that high. I actually spoke with a manager at Done plumbing and he agreed that the price was high, but that their work was high quality and that's why they charge what they do. My father had used Done Plumbing on another job and after I found out what he'd spent on that job, those prices sounded exorbitant as well. I don't want to get down too much on the company as they were indeed professional, but I would advise other buyers to get at least one or two other bids before using Done.

The price was very high. He said there was a coupon in the paper that I could get for $25 off. I was able to dig that up, but the price was still very high. He said there was a 30 day guarantee on his work. He was very professional and the experience was great. It just threw me off that the price was so high for what little work was performed.

I'm insisting on an immediate refund for my "Big Deal" purchase that was supposed to have provided $100 worth of plumbing services for $50, as well as the $39 evaluation fee that I was forced to pay as a result of this service. I called Done Plumbing and a plumber showed up at my home later that day to evaluate what is by all accounts a simple repair, and provided an outlandish estimate. When I told him it was over 4x what I was expecting to spend, the plumber brought up the fact that I was getting "$50 off" and that this had to be factored into his estimate. He then asked me to "make an offer," which I did, and he refused to except, citing that the "$50 off" needed to be accounted for in the estimate he provided, suggesting that he had to raise his rates to accommodate the discount. I then thanked him for his time and told him I would have someone else make the repairs. I was forced to pay a $39 fee for the plumber's evaluation. I've now spent $89 for NO services with Done Plumbing, and found another plumber to complete the repairs for less than 20% of the Done plumber's estimate.

We had Done Plumbing out a month earlier to check out some mysterious water on our HVAC room floor. The guy was unable to find anything, but stated he cleaned our line. A month later the water on the floor turned into a massive puddle- so we called Done Plumbing back out (since it was under warranty due to their previous visit less than a month ago). This time they recommended a camera to scope out the pipe, which discovered a broken external pipe. B/c time was of the urgency, we had them fix it without getting a chance to get other quotes (the initial price they quoted was $5K, which dropped to $3600 when I said I was going to get other estimates). Also, they tried to sell us an additional $9K of work (vs. just chopping down the problem tree on our property). Their work is good (so far) but: 1) the initial guy should have probed further & discovered the problem; 2) they are expensive and try to take advantage of emergency situations- get other quotes if you want to use them; and 3) they try to push additional expensive plumbing solutions when there are other, much less expensive, alternatives available.

They came out and made the repair in a timely manner. I also mentioned the garbage disposal had a problem and they repaired that at no charge. They gave me a tip on something else, too. They replaced plumbing on something else as well. The price was about average when I looked around.

I called this morning to schedule a service call for a clogged toilet. The dispatcher was a bit frustrating to deal with, because she wouldn't give me any info about the cost . . . not even to tell me if there would be a trip charge (which is printed on their invoice sheet in big bold letters!). But they kept me posted during the morning about the plumber's schedule and he arrived right on time. He immediately told me there would be a $39 trip charge and then $149 to augur the toilet. That would have been a $188 bill, but he waived the trip charge and accepted the Angie's List coupon for $25 off, making the total bill $124. The technician was courteous, prompt, professional . . . fixed the problem in under five minutes, and was on his way in about twenty minutes. He gave me a 7-day guarantee on the toilet, so if it gets clogged again within that time period, he'll come back and fix it for free. Good service, quick and reliable. But definitely ask to have the $39 trip charge waived, and use your Angie's List coupon!

The work was expensive, but they were professional and thorough. I didn't compare their prices with any other company.

They are very up front with the cost, very professional. It did involve cutting through some dry wall and more labor intensive repair, but overall it was good and done quickly.

They came quickly after I called when others weren't as available. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up well after themselves and made the situation as least awful as it could be. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out to do the job.

I called on a Saturday, and the plumber arrived about 1 1/2 hours later. He was pleasant, but I was appalled at the price, which had not been given to me over the phone but was showed to me when he came. The price was $295 plus a $39.99 service call. The phone book had a $25 coupon which he honored. I thought I was calling a local company, but I think they had a local phone number as a come-on. The company I regularly call was not available that day, but charge in the neighborhood of $80 for the same time and work performed.
