I purchased a coupon from Angies list after seeing Done Plumbing was close to my house and visiting the website.One of the things that appealed as a single mother of two that works fulltime is that they offered services 24-7 and say they have "Same Day Service, 24/7 GUARANTEE and no charge if they don't fix a problem. Sign me up! Well my water heater is broken and literally spewing water all over the basement and it is tuesday at 8:00, I just called they were nice and polite but first appointment they have is thursday afternoon. I went back to website and they do have a small footnote by guarantee that reads "*In some cases, weather and/or other conditions may limit appointment availability." However it is 70 out and quite nice. Unfortunate. I am extremely disappointed to say the least.

We called them on a holiday weekend, on a Sunday, in a blizzard and told them our heat was off. They were there in less than an hour and got the furnace to work while they waited for the replacement to arrive on Monday. Justin was very nice and he took the time to explain everything to me. He worked out a plan for installing the furnace on our schedule and helped us set up the financing so we could do all the work at once. They always call before they get there. If they are even slightly delayed they let you know. i have always been very pleased with Done and we use them for all of our heating and plumbing needs.

They did a good job. They were prompt in their appointment and neat in their job performance. I'd recommend them.

They were very good about telling me exactly what they were going to do and where they were at a given moment. It took them all day to do it though.

A waste of time and a waste of $39 trip charge. Aaron did not explain that his company policy is to replace rather than to repair. He just gave me outrageous estimates to do work I didn't need. The follow up is that my neighbor and I fixed the problem (intake valve needed a quick clean up) in about 20 minutes. No new parts. No replacement toilet. This is the kind of story you read about, preying on unsuspecting consumers for products they don't need. Rip off!!

After going to Home Depot to see if I could locate a new stem or washers I bought what I thought were the correct pieces. Unfortunately they were not. I called my regular plumbing company and they weren't able to come out that evening because their on call was on a big repair job somewhere else. My girlfriend looked at Tom Martino's website and found Done Plumbing had pretty good reviews. I knew that the fix was going to involve removing the whole outlets from the pipes as they were very corroded and I probably damaged them trying to fix it myself. I expected a repair bill over $300. Arron was at my house less than an hour after I placed the call, was very professional and understanding. He also noted that the parts I had bought would work perfectly if he cut the pipe and fitted them on. It took at most 15 minutes and they are performing without a problem. The whole thing cost around $215 on a Sunday evening! I am very happy with the work and price and will be calling Done in the future for any plumbing needs first.

I had used them a couple of times, and they are pretty good. When they came in 2011, they did not do that great of a job, but they were okay. In December, another guy came and did a repair, and they gave me a discount since the previous guy had not done the right work. The guy that came out, his name was Matt, was very friendly, seemed pretty honest, and upfront about everything. He did a good job. He really knew what he was doing. The negative thing was the previous guy who I think did not do a good job. I would use them again though.

Their estimated price was over $1,000. They were very friendly and were willing to come at a convenient time for me.

Good Job. The guys got here at 8 a.m. and worked for several hours - the main tech - Louis didn't leave until about 3 p.m. They cleaned up the mess in the yard and replaced the soil. I am pleased with the outcome.

Showed up on time. Failed to make repair and left without charging anything. The price quoted was twice as much as I got the job done for.

On January 18, 2012 I called Done plumbing. I called them as I had a coupon in the mail and knew no other plumber. I was taking care of my grandchildren. I had three sick kids and no heat. A technician came out to evaluate my problem and told me the ?flame sensor? was bad and needed to be replaced. I asked if it could be cleaned he said no it was too bad and had to be replaced, the furnace is 7 years old. He told me that when the flame sensor goes out there are two other parts that also will usually go out and should be replaced too. He said if you don't do them now, you could be calling me back in a month or two and you will pay for the same labor all over again. The estimate was over $700.00. I am 70 years old, I know nothing about this stuff and I have 3 sick kids with no heat. I was pressured to have the repair done right away. I did not have time to call another plumber for a 2nd opinion. Even though I suspected I was being taken advantage of I had no choice but to go ahead with his estimate. However I have since found out that the flame sensor does not ?go out?, it simply needs to be cleaned, along with the rest of the furnace. I was not given any options, but was told all three parts needed to be replaced. I don't know if Done trains their employees to be opportunists, but this guy definitely was an opportunist and took advantage of an old lady with scare tactics. I am DONE with Done, I hope you are too.

Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant from the person who answered my initial call to the one who called back to schedule me within a two-hour window. I received another call when the technician was on his way. The gentleman who showed up was very friendly, helpful and had my toilet flushing in no time.

Technician was very courteous, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Very clean and neat. Would highly reccommend this company.

Based on our quote from Done Plumbing and an analysis of the layout of our home, Josh had the new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater with him. The overall project took two days and was done on time, professionally with minimal disruption and mess. We were impressed with the preparation, focus and organization, as well as the positive attitude. We plan on recommending Done Plumbing to our friends and acquaintances. And we will use them again for any of our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. Specifically, we will recommend Josh as a professional and exceptional craftsman.

Went fine overall.. Fast response. Fast work. Glad work was done on same day as call. REALLY unhappy with cost. Will research other options for next plumbing job. My thanks to the plumber they sent! Knew what he was doing (left hardware askew whether through design flaw or intent, I do not know- I admit to being picky-but...) otherwise, got the job done.

A couple of years ago I had Done Plumbing replace our hot water heater. They did a good job and were very professional. As result of that positive experience I called them when the water cutoff valve (in the basement) began leaking through the valve stem. Once again, they responded quickly and did a very good job on the valve replacement, adding a valve body with a drain plug to aid in future plumbing work. Last week I found corrosion in another copper pipe in the basement, and it was already starting a slow drip. I called Done Plumbing again. They were quite responsive, and the person who came managed to fix the pipe very cleanly by cutting it and inserting a coupling, thus performing the repair for much cheaper than the (arguably expensive) standard fee. Once again,very professional, and did a very good job. It is possible (as the previous reviewer noted) to have a bad experience with any of the large plumbing service companies, and I recently had a very negative experience with one of their competitors. I can only say that I have had three very good experiences with Done Plumbing and expect to use them in the future aswell if I need more work done.

I purchased a coupon for their services and when their repairman came, he told me that I purchased a wrong coupon. I chose not to accept the service since it would mean I paid $125.00 for nothing but Angie's list said they would refund me. Also, I obtained the same service from another plumbing company for 3 times less.

Their employee came out and assessed what needed to be done. Had to go out and find the right heater/furnace combo to replace the existing one. He stayed out 14 hours, way past his typical day, to make sure the job was done right. Cleaned up everything when he was done and was very professional.

They were overpriced. They did good work but after the fact we found out that they were overpriced. At the time we had a sewer backup so we really couldn't shop around. We are not too sure that we would use them again. We probably wouldn't use them again because pricewise they are a lot higher than other places.

They are pretty good about fixing stuff. They don't typically run up against a problem they can't fix. I would use them again.

On sunday April 1 - no fooling -we were watering the lawn because the neighbor had just fertilized the grass. We had not turned on the sprinkler system yet, so it was a hose hooked up to a sprinkler. A couple hours later our granddaughter said that someone had spilled water in the family room. I went to look and it wasn't a spill it was a lake. I knew right away where it was coming from. Quickly the outside faucet was turned off. We started bailing the water out of the bathroom -then brought in the shop vac and theneven used the carpet cleaner to suck up the water. Ended up calling the insurance company who called restoration. The next day we called Done Plumbing. They came out at 1 pm and found what part of th e pipe was leaking and replaced it along with a new faucet. Then we asked them to look at the toilet because it did not flush vey well. They fixed that too. Believe it or not the pressure in all the bathrooms beamr remarkably better. We were very pleased.

This was one of my worst experiences with a plumber in all my time in Denver. We had a leak in our basement ceiling that was evenutally traced to a small, pin size puncture in the upstairs refrigerator ice machine water line. After making a hole in the basement ceiling to see where the water was coming from, he eventually decided to look at the refrigerator upstairs. He located the small leak that was causing all the damage, cut out the bad section of the plastic hose and replaced it with a new section of hose. Because of the damage, he refered us to a "flood response" team to come dry things out and repair the damage. After 4 days of extremely noisy fans and dehumidifiers, the "flood response" team member noted we still had a leak behind the refrigerator which he was trying to dry out. I called Done Plumbing to come and fix it which they did. The original plumber had installed the new plastic hose incorrectly resulting in a continued leaking onto the floor and into the basement (meaning more days of dryers and dehumidifiers).I'm very angry, first of all for the shoddy work the first plumber did, and the charge of $377 of just replacing a small hose (which he did improperly). If he had done it correctly the first time, things would have been done by now. I know plumbers charge an unlandish price for their services, but this was plain robbery! I'll never use their services again. (And strangely, when they came the second time to repair the mistake of the first plumber, they tried to sell me the extended plumbing services they offer - I could only laugh).

Expensive day but the service was good, devices function well and overall quality of our in-house water is much improved. Again, I can not speak to price compared to other bids as we didn't get any. I saved myself the potential aggravation of checking around after the fact.
