Anthony arrived on time. He removed and disposed of the carpeting from the guest room. He worked quickly and quietly. He did not take a lunch break so he could finish in one day. He was careful not to let the cats out when coming in and out. He carried the box with the remaining wood down to the basement for me. The floor looks good. My only surprises were how long it took for the smell of contact cement to disapate. It took two weeks for the smell to go away even while running a fan in the room. The other surprise was a nail sticking up in a corner which I found when putting the baseboards back. I consider these things minor because the floor looks so good. I would recommend the company to others.

We received several estimates to install wood flooring throughout the main level of our home. Brother's stood out for their punctuality, price and professionalism. We were very satisfied with the installation and the professional service provided by the owner, installers and main office. Brother's provides excellent products and services with impeccable customer service not often seen in today's market. Highly recommended

The job was done hastily and a bit carelessly. Corners of the floor were not sanded and finishedand acirc;?and brvbar;an obvious mark of where the orbital sander tracked was not followed up by hand sanding to the full extent of the floor corners. Also, the rotating sander was pushed up against the wood stair risers creating cut marks into the risers. Lack of care and haste are the only causes for this. They were not repaired. It is my fault that I didn't notice the errors until recently, when another flooring service pointed out the mistakes.This review is posted on Aug 27,2014 because we had contracted with this company over a month ago to restain some floors (prior to knowing about the quality of their previous work). The owner informed me it would be no problem staining the floors except that it would take multiple back and forth trips to the store to get the color matched correctly. After scheduling the service to be done over a week time, and making arrangements to be out of the house for the job, they cancelled the appointment. There was one visit to try to match the floor color in person. We received a message that one more attempt will be made to try to matchand acirc;?and brvbar;.but that never happened, no attempt to contact us was made. When other companies came in to bid for the job, the previous flooring errors were pointed out to us.

Everything went fantastic. I used Brother's Flooring some years ago to install hardwood floors in my hallway which had to be interlaced with the wood in my kitchen. Since they did a great job back then it was a no brainer to have them install wood floors in my bathroom and bedroom. I couldn't be happier with my floors. Andrew Gardner was the installer. I was very pleased with his extreme professionalism, punctuality and helpfulness. Although he had to start to a day later than the planned start date due to weather, he finished by the time I had wanted the work finished. I am assuming they smartly allowed an extra day in their job duration estimation. I was able to get the rooms back together on the days I had allotted for the task. I highly recommend Brother's Flooring and will use them again when I am ready to replace more carpeting in my home.

My new hardwood floors are beautiful. Ralph (owner) was great to work with and Brian (installed the floors) was respectful, conscientious, and a perfectionist. I love the floors. I would highly recommend Brothers Flooring.

I investigated several hardwood installers in the area and received estimates from several. The price and work was exceptional.

The owner did the estimate and was very professional, punctual and informative. The service man that did the work was punctual and did the work in a very timely fashion so I had minimal interruption to my work schedule.  I am extremely satified with the floor and the men I dealt with.

The young man who did the installation did an exceptional job.  He was truly professional and worked hard, without breaks from his arrival until his departure.  He focused on my desires and made an extra effort to ensure that I received the color stain I wanted, mixing several different stains to make the "Perfect   one" for my home.  The work done looks wonderful and I am more than satisfied with the results.  I would definitely recommend them to others--in fact  I have.

Ralph, the company owner, came out and gave us an estimate, made suggestions on stains and finishes, and answered our questions about every aspect of the job.  Later, when we had more questions, he came out again.  He was also the one who delivered the wood a week before the start of the job.
The installers (Jeff and Rick) and finisher (Lorin) did a fantastic job.  They take pride in their work and it shows.

Owner came out to give me estimate - wasn't a hard sell and answered questions honestly with pros and cons of each decision. Super easy to schedule and my floors look fantastic!
