Description of Work: Retrofit an Evergreen (DC) motor in the HVAC system and upgrade thermostat. |The tech was excellent in all respects.

Description of Work: We first worked with Bell in 1993 when they remodeled a master bathroom to accommodate a roll-in shower for my brother who was in a wheel chair. The work was beautifully done; the roll-in shower floor was seamless so entry was a breeze. Water drains perfectly with the 1.5" slope to the drain. Still operates like new after more than 20 years. I recently had a small bathroom converted to two sinks which required new copper plumbing. Again, beautifully, professionally done. We had other services such as moving the washing machine and dryer to the walk-out basement in 1993 along with the installation of a double sink. Another professional job; plumbing is still working without leaks or any problems. Bell uses union labor so their rates are higher than some of the smaller or non-union plumbing companies. I've used both and will use Bell when I renovate the same 1993 basement next spring. Their work is exemplary.

Description of Work: AC was not working. I wanted a whole new HVAC system. They could not do an estimate for 3 days. I hired another company Saturday and the work was done on Tuesday. One day before Bell was going to do just the estimate. |I had just gotten home from surgery so I needed my AC ASAP!

Description of Work: Installed new furnace and air conditioner. All went well, no problems experienced.

Description of Work: Two technicians flushed and serviced my Rheem tankless water heater. The techs did an excellent job. I have never had a problem over the past 29 years with any of the techs from Bell Home Solutions, formerly Bell Plumbing and Heating, but I have had problems with the office personnel not returning telephone calls over the past 4 years. The service that cost $569 on 9/28/2015 cost me $186 on 10/31/13 for the exact same service. So I will be looking elsewhere for this service.

Description of Work: Bell came to fix the water line that went into the refrigerator. While the repair from another company had made the repair to the refrigerator, they broke the line moving the refrigerator. Bell replied promptly to my call and did the repair the same day.

Description of Work: Fixed a broken water valve.

Description of Work: Replaced an outlet outside. They did a great job and were quick and easy to work with.

Description of Work: Installed gas pipe line & connected new gas stove.

Description of Work: Technician promised video exam of water drain line witch only happened after I reported that the cap to the drain pipe leaked all over carpet. They did refund money without difficulty after replacing the cap.

Description of Work: Two issues: |Under estimated a sewer job by 50% claiming they did not know they woud be digging in sand. | |No heat in an apartment so they sent tech who quoted $1,100.00 to replace valve and zone valve motor. I knew the cost of materials would be about $100.00. Tech said he "had to" charge that much and he knew it was high. I found another vedor who found it was just the thermostat--a $50.00 fix. | |Stay away from them--I know they have a good BBB rating but and that they are an old respected Denver company but they have joined the ranks of the "salesman plumbers"--they use a service call to enter your home and up sell you on a bunch of stuff you do not need. Sad. Was a great company.
