Description of Work: They fixed the immediate problem (frozen pipes that were leaking). However their repair was temporary, expensive and they were anxious to sign me up for a more "permanent" fix that would be very costly for a problem I have lived with for about ten years (so don't think it is all that pressing). I called Bell because my regular plumber couldn't come on a weekend and on short notice.

Description of Work: AC was not working. I wanted a whole new HVAC system. They could not do an estimate for 3 days. I hired another company Saturday and the work was done on Tuesday. One day before Bell was going to do just the estimate. |I had just gotten home from surgery so I needed my AC ASAP!

Description of Work: Retrofit an Evergreen (DC) motor in the HVAC system and upgrade thermostat. |The tech was excellent in all respects.

Description of Work: The team was perfect. We are doing a multiple bathroom remodel, and the team of designers that were sent immediately connected with my wife. Great emotional and design connection.

Description of Work: They did a furnace and humidifier check up and cleaning. They were on time and very professional.

Description of Work: Tried to nickel and dime for each piece of work. Tech said that is how they work given they are always available last minute. Very overpriced for the work performed.

Description of Work: I lost an earring down my bathroom sink. The sink had been slow to drain since it was and every plumber I had out for anything told me it could not be fixed. I have used Bell for many years because they stand behind their work and will come back if something is not right. Dion could not undo my trap easily because of my pedestal, so he cleverly used a vacuum . I got my earring back, as well as a bullet back I had dropped, too. Then he put sodium hydroxide down it---and it drains perfectly now! He told me what nontoxic, enzyme/bacterial product to use monthly to take care of all my drains. I always learn something from their guys.

Description of Work: Electrical Upgrade Estmate

Description of Work: Bell Plumbing (They changed their Business model) installed four TOTO toilets in our home between 2013-2014. They ordered and installed the toilets. The toilets were installed to upgrade the existing builders quality toilets to ADA requirements. Bell also conducted yearly Furnace inspections and servicing. Their work during that era was excellent. All of their people were great! -- Before we moved to Boise in 2015, I called them twice for estimates. They never returned my calls. My hope is that they are not dropping their home town plumber image.

Description of Work: Total remodel of master bathroom including removing old tub, vanity and shower and replacing with a stand alone bathtub, new vanity & tiled shower. Also replaced all of the bathroom fixtures,

Description of Work: Replaced my water heater and serviced my humidifier

Description of Work: Replaced the hot water heater. I've used Bell for the past 30+ years. Lowest price? No. But you get what you pay for. When the inspector finished the review he asked who had done the work. When I told him his response was " I could tell". Nuff said.

Description of Work: After the planning phase with the employee and paying half the cost, I got one phone call and then nothing. After I called, I was told that the employee left the company. So my project was stalled. Once they got someone to fill in, there was not enough time to get the countertop I picked out. The bathroom cabinet was also the wrong color. I chose to keep both in order to make the timeline I had asked for in the beginning. This wasn't handled well. I had no problem with the installers. I wouldn't use them again. Too many missteps.

Description of Work: I felt they used very deceptive sales practices. I felt arbitrary pricing was used, horrible sales practices in my opinion.
