Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired the cause of my furnace not working on a cold Sunday evening in February. They were there within a relatively short period of time and completed the job quickly and efficiently, explaining the process. Wish they could have been cheaper with just the same amount of professionalism.

Description of Work: They did a furnace and humidifier check up and cleaning. They were on time and very professional.

Description of Work: They replaced 3 toilets. Quoted a much smaller amount and were very responsive to my questions before I paid. After they had my money, they would not answer or return phone calls. They took out all 3 old toilets that operated fine and put in 3 new ones, only 2 of which operated as advertised. They blamed it on my plumbing, charged $600 to unsuccessfully work the plumbing problem and said they would have to tear a wall out to fix it correctly. Would not quote a price. I quit and still only have 2 toilets that operate correctly.

Description of Work: After the planning phase with the employee and paying half the cost, I got one phone call and then nothing. After I called, I was told that the employee left the company. So my project was stalled. Once they got someone to fill in, there was not enough time to get the countertop I picked out. The bathroom cabinet was also the wrong color. I chose to keep both in order to make the timeline I had asked for in the beginning. This wasn't handled well. I had no problem with the installers. I wouldn't use them again. Too many missteps.

Description of Work: They fixed the immediate problem (frozen pipes that were leaking). However their repair was temporary, expensive and they were anxious to sign me up for a more "permanent" fix that would be very costly for a problem I have lived with for about ten years (so don't think it is all that pressing). I called Bell because my regular plumber couldn't come on a weekend and on short notice.

Description of Work: Provided master bath design service. Provider offered three design options -- good . better . best All design options were viable. We settled on a hybrid better/best option. Our work is scheduled to begin in mid-April so check back with us in early May for before/after pictures ... Can't wait!!!
