Convinced us to go with their high end cooler. Workers came promptly on the day assigned to do the work. There were 5 or 6 workers. Finished in one long day. After a week, we noticed leaking stains on two ceilings. Sent worker out immediately. Original workers had failed to repair the roof completely and left a hole near the coolant and after a very rainy day, water leaked down the outside of the inside pipe to the vents (across the ceiling). The other brown stain may have been from somebody walking in the crawl space?? After another conversation with the foreman, the roof was repaired and a check was sent to us for repainting the ceiling. My one complaint was no one taught us how to turn the thing on and off and to winterize it. They just left the cover and latches with my visiting son. We had to call and pay again for another worker to winterize and teach us how this large coolant worked, $110. For nearly $7000 you would think they would not have just walked away when they finished the job without talking to my husband or me or at least have followed up with a call to us.

Came out, did the job quickly, and left.

They are very professional when they are there. The price is a little higher then normal, but they do a very good job. They always show up on time to do the work.

This job was straightforward. The tech probably could have done more to make sure the problem would be stopped from recurring (which it did). All of the jobs we hired Bell to do were done well. They do nice work and they appear to be ethical. The price they charge for anything and everything is really expensive.

They came out within an hour of the phone call.

The repair person was on time, communicated well, and fixed the problem promptly.

No problems whatsoever. Everything was explained to me in advance and the price came in right on estimate.

They were excellent and they were on time in fact ahead of time and worked fast and very responsive and they new what they were doing and I would recommend them.

The plumber was prompt and thorough. When it turned out that the fixture Kohler had sent did not include all the necessary parts, he got on the phone with them to make sure they "overnighted" the missing parts.

Work was done promptly and cleanup was terrific - excellent service at a more than fair price.

They are great. They are timely in coming out to get the work done. The price is fair for what they do. They are knowledgeable about what they are doing. I have complete confidence in them.

My opinion is that they are good professionals that just happen to not be 100 percent punctual or on point. It seems like they are too big to deal with their customers smaller issues. This makes them uneven with their customer service.

I was impressed with the plumber and electrician who did the work. My concern is with the job supervisor. I should have been suspicious of his bid, when he didn't even open the box for this steam generator w/ control to adjust time and temperature. My bid was $1,181. After the plumber installed it, I was told the electrical box didn't have enough capacity and it would be $1,040 more to upgrade. The electrician said, that job supervisor should have opened the electrical box at the time of bid and known enough to include that cost. The steam generator was wired, but wouldn't work without the sensor. He argued that even though it wouldn't work without a sensor, installing the sensor wasn't a part of bid. It took 6 more weeks to get the sensor installed. I waited all day for the inspection only to discover that the city had an incomplete address and the wrong owner by him. I spent a morning at City Hall getting the information corrected, so the inspection could be completed.

I first researched the toilet on the Internet because it needed to be a small toilet for the space. I purchased the Kohler toilet through Bell and they then installed it. The order came in quickly and the appointment to install was within the week of first calling Bell. The Plumber showed up on time and he was careful to protect the flooring. Everything was done in a very professional manner. The cost for installation was comparable to Home Depot's standard charge of $175 and the cost of the toilet and parts also compared favorably to Home Depot's retail cost for the very same model. I plan on hiring Bell again in the near future.

I called to check on availability and est. price. I was told by polite receptionist that service could be done on that day and gave estimate. Tim called about 20 minutes later and said he was on the way. He arrived about 15 minutes later. He was courteous and efficient. Finished the job in about 45 minutes. The faucet looked good and it worked perfectly.

The job was done well and on time but expensively. The biggest problem was their charge of the hourly plumbing rate ($90 per hour) just to pick up the part.

Pretty good overall. These guys can generally get to us in a day or two, and they show up on time and get the job done right the first time. Pricing is reasonable, and they are always conscientious about our office and making a mess. One nice thing is that they have a small minimum charge so we don't hesitate to call if we have a really small job.

The plumbers arrived on time, managed to avoid nicking the walls with the old 75 gallon beast and new water heater and were finished in not much more than an hour. Everything seems to be working fine. Pricey, to be sure, but they get it right the first time.

The plumber was prompt, competent, and courteous. He performed the repair effectively and efficiently. I am very pleased with the results.

I called them for a quote on a furnace for my rental home. I had them do service on it last year and was told it may make it a year or less. I thought they had given a quote at that time, but they kept switching me to different people to talk with and then told me to call back the next day. I called back & just asked for an estimator. He would not give me a price over the phone, even though I did find a quote from another company from last year. Based on that, I asked for a guess-timate quote and was quoted anywhere from $3,200 to $5,000, which seemed awfully high, as the quote I had in hand was for $2,500. I called a different company and got it done for $1,400. I have dealt with Bell in the past & usually have found them to be quite reliable, but they do seem like they're overpriced

They responded within 2 hours of my call, and their expertise was instantly apparent. I had dealt with this firm 6 years before, and always had a good experience. I thought that perhaps I might have saved money if I'd shopped around, but their prices were comparable to other legit firms. And after having 3 different "bargain" handymen work on cooler, I was very happy to "pay more" and see the repairs get done properly.

Showroom personnel very knowledgeable--very helpful in selecting the right toilet for our situation (Toto). Extremely thorough and neat and complete installation work--taking care to protect floors and furnishings. Explained process. Was on time. Thorough cleanup.

The experience left something to be desired. While it wasn't their fault that the fit was tight, I was told over the phone that "worst case, it should cost $600 or $700". Admittedly, they gave me that info reluctantly, having never seen the bathroom. But the $800 was a real shocker!

They are absolutely incredible!! I am extremely particular and demanding about my home and they never fail me! They wear the booties which is a must. They do the little extras that can be done in one visit instead of milking us for future visits. They are conscientious and innovative and have no problem leaving them in my home!

BELL DID A GREAT JOB FIXING OUR PLUMBING. THEY GAVE US A TIME FRAME OF WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE & WERE WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME. THEY CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS & GIVE TIPS.
