Dude showed up. Obviously in a hurry, Looked at my rooms without telling me what two rooms covered as they are interlinked Charged me $60,00 to apply two applications of spot remover for pet urine. RIDICULOUS!!! Wore shoes in my home without putting paper booties on. When he finally left-could not have been sooner I noticed that the carpets were left extremely damp. I phoned the owner?? and he went on about "have you ever had your carpets steamed clean?" Well of course. "well I just spent $34,000 on this new machine." REALLY! It should have worked just fine. He kept giving me attitude....I finally told him that I've owned a family business for over 25 years and that I would NEVER treat a customer the way he was treating me. He kept giving me crap, excuses and I finally told him that I had to get off the phone, because I was so d*** mad! I assured him that I would never use his service again. Nor would I recommend it to any friend. BIG LOSER. THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Was hurried and did not explain the details of the two rooms. Left my carpet damp. i had to walk around with towels to help bring moisture out of the carpets after his service.
