Did a very commendable job. Clean-up was exceptional.

Was prompt and did what was asked for the most part. There was a slight mix up with the bill however it was quickly and easily resolved. I would hire them again!

My sprinkler line was accidentally cut by the workers. My issue is that I can't get someone out here to fix the problem. I have called several times and have not received a return call. Lance has some health issues and I am sorry but he is running a business and should have someone handle customer service when he is not available. I am quite upset with them.

Customer service is awful. I had to call and leave multiple messages requesting a quote and then more messages to setup a time for them to do the work. I was finally able to speak with Lance and scheduled the work a week in advance so that I could take time off of work. They showed up more than 4 hours late after we left multiple messages on Lance's and the business phone numbers. When Lance finally called us back, he said they were on their way. They showed up almost 2 hours later and then had to go get mulch and lunch. We had to reschedule other appointments we had that day due to their tardiness. When they finally showed back up, 1-1/2 hours later, they were not equipped to complete all necessary work (aeration & mowing). They said they would call Lance and let us know when they could complete the work but at the end of the day they just left and never even asked if the work they did complete was to our satisfaction. If they had asked, I would have told them that they forgot to trim 2 of the bushes. After waiting 2 days, we had to call them again and leave messages regarding the additional requested services. When Lance called back he said he would have the aeration guys stop by in the next day or two but he did not know we wanted the lawn mowed. When he quoted the service, he lead me to believe that they would mow to clean up their mess from cleaning out the landscaping and other winter debris. I have used HomeAdvisor for multiple referrals and have always had a great experience. As a matter of fact, everyone else we have hired still does work for us after many years. Too bad Hill's is too busy and really isn't interested in a continuing relationship. We own a service company and would be out of business a long time ago if we treated our customers in the manner we were treated by Lance and his employees.

I was very happy with their promptness, overall customer service, and value for the money. I have already began recommending home advisor and hill.

Big mistake for me to hire this company, even after another referral. Took 2 trips for them to do a spring cleanup and I'm still picking up yard debris that they should have done. For some reason they showed up today to aerate my front yard that was half covered in snow! They chewed up part of my yard because of the water laying on my grass. I didn't even tell them to aerate! I will go elsewhere next time and also choose someone different for my grass cutting. Amazing.......

Actual fall clean-up came in below quote! Great crew did a thorough job! Hired them for lawn service this spring and summer.

They showed up early for my scheduled aeration.

The appointment was for 9 AM the crew didn't get there until almost 2:45 PM. The crew, Cam and Vince, did a great job.
