Raul came on time and did an outstanding job. I don't think the ducts had ever been cleaned (in 50+ years). He took multiple photos and showed them to me as he made progress. He was attentive to detail and did an excellent job

These guys are awesome. Polite and never stopped working for a minute. They took before and after pictures and worked really hard, completing the job in just about the time frame they had estimated. The difference in the air is remarkable. They even vacuumed the floor to pick up the little bits of debris from removing the vents. They were beyond professional the entire time and I would definitely use them as well as recommend them. They were just GREAT!

The person who took my call was professional and explained the pricing structure. The technician was on time and very courteous. He did a very thorough job and showed me before-and-after photos when he was finished. He managed to access the main vent in a way that did not require him to cut into the system, which I was happy about. There was some damage to the paint around one of the vents when he was finished, but we have an older house so I don't think it was his fault.

Brandon was very prompt - got to the door before I did! He explained the process, and did an excellent job. The condo building was built in 1979, and I don't think the ductwork had ever been cleaned. I noticed the airflow was stronger right away, and it hasn't been as dusty in there. It took about 3-4 hours for him to complete the work, and he called me at work to let me know he'd finished, left the invoice on the counter, and locked the door. Since the condo was vacant, I can't say anything about dust or mess, as it was already messy (just moved out) - I purposely planned the cleaning that way. We will be using this company again to clean the ductwork in our new house, as well. I was very happy with the service.

We have a brand new house and prior to moving in we had some water damage to our house. As part of the clean-up process the insurance company brought in Ductworks to clean the vents on the main level. Prior to Ductworks cleaning the vents, I inspected the vents and they were filthy, plaster and paint (from construction), dust, dirt, nails, you name it ? it was in our vents. Ductworks? service tech, Brandon, did an amazing job. I had done some research on duct cleaning and thought that the pictures they posted on their websites were fake or somehow doctored, I stand corrected ? our vents are shiny and clean, just like the pictures. I would never have believed it, if I did not see it first-hand. As part of the service the furnace and air cleaner were also cleaned which was a pleasant surprise since I did not know these were included. I was so pleased with the results, I hired Ductworks (on my dime) to clean the upstairs vents (another furnace and 18 additional vents). The price was reasonable, about the same as other companies that I researched. I requested Brandon and once again his service and that of Ductworks far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Ductworks and Brandon (even though I am sure any of Ductworks service techs would provide the same level of service).

Excellent. Prompt and very courteous and kept my wife up to date on everything that was happening. Drop cloths were everywhere and no additional clean up by us was needed. Pictures before & after were quite amazing. They were at the house a full 8 hours.

Went well. Meticulous, made sure my wife understood what he was doing, cleaned up well. Good work.

The tech showed up on time at 8:30 AM, but his work order didn't show that I was also having my dryer vent cleaned, so he had to leave to get a ladder, and made it back to start work by 9:20 AM. He spent about 2 1/2 hours setting up and cleaning the vents. He went to lunch for about an hour and came back and cleaned the trunk line for about 2 hours. The only before and after pictures that he took were of the trunk line, however, I took my own before and after pictures of my return vents. The vents do not end up sparkling clean, but a good amount of gunk was vacuumed away. I just noticed now, by looking at my before and after photos, that he missed cleaning part of one of my return vents! He then spent about 40 minutes cleaning my dryer vent. My dryer vent runs from my attic down to the basement, so the tech couldn't reach the last 3 feet of vent closest to my dryer. He wasn't going to clean or check that last 3 feet until I requested it and then he willingly complied. He cleaned up pretty well, except he missed cleaning up in front of one vent and when he cleaned the trunk line it did drop a significant amount of dust below it, that I had to clean up. I even asked if I should move the few things that were close to where he was cleaning the trunk line, but he said it wasn't necessary. I should have moved the items! I got the feeling that the tech, at first, thought the whole job was going to be a quick, easy one. As the hours went by, he did seem to get a little antsy and hasty. The entire job went from 8:30 AM to 3:45PM.

We were happy with the service. They were in and out. They were on time and professional when they arrived. They explained everything that they were going to do and we were satisfied with the final job.

They were very thorough in their cleaning. They took before and after pictures to show the results. They were very careful with the big hoses around my furniture and flooring. The scheduling was very easy. They worked very quickly, but assured that the job well done. They truly were well trained for the job.

Ductworks explained the work needed and the amount of time it would take. They were on time and were very consciences of keeping my house clean during the process. Professional and polite people. I would recommend them to my friends.

Excellent experience! Tech was professional, competent and friendly. Work was completed in a timely manner. Service was expensive but tech worked for many hours. Cleaned up afterward.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY GAVE US A DEAL BECAUSE OUR HOUSE & THE NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE HAD THE SAME SERVICE DONE ON THE SAME DAY. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WELL & SHOWED US BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS.

DUCTWORKS WAS AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND ACCOMMODATED US WELL. THEY SHOWED US HOW BAD THE DUCTS WERE BEFORE THEY CLEANED THEM AND THEY SHOWED US HOW CLEAN THEY WERE AFTERWARD. THEY GAVE US THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES. THEY USE A SPECIAL PROCEDURE WHERE THEY SCRAPE AND DISINFECT THE DUCTS SO THAT THEY GET OFF ALL THE 'GUNK' THAT IS STUCK TO THE DUCT AS WELL. YOU DO NOT GET THIS PROCEDURE ANYWHERE ELSE WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED AND SATISFIED. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT IN SCHEDULING AND SHOWING FOR APPOINTMENT ON TIME. QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITY WORK DONE. EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
