+ -1 moreRUBEN, THE SUPERVISOR, WE CONTRACTED WITH WAS PROFESSIONAL. HIS GUYS REMOVED THE SMALL EXISTING PATIO, BUT COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB IN PREPARING THE LARGER SITE BY DOING MORE TAMPING DOWN, THE PATIO HAS DROPPED. ALTHOUGH WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE PATIO SHOULD SLOPE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE SLIGHTLY, THE ANGLE IS NOTICEABLE, AND TOO MUCH OF A DROP. IT COULD'VE SLOPED LESS WITHOUT SACRIFICING DRAINAGE. IN ADDITION TO THE 2 COLORS, THEY DID STAMPING, AND THERE WERE PLACES WHERE THEY DIDN'T SMOOTH THE EDGES. ALSO RUBEN LEFT THE COMPANY BEFORE OUR JOB WAS FINISHED. LATER THE COMPANY THAT THEY OBTAINED THE CONCRETE FROM FILED A MECHANICS' LIEN ON OUR HOME BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T PAID FOR THE CONCRETE.
Description of Work: REMOVE BACK PATIO, GRADE, AND FORM 826 SF PATIO REINFORCED WITH REBAR IN TWO COLORS, ALSO INCLUDED 2 COATS OF SEAL.

Description of Work: THE PORCH CONCRETE WAS BEGINNING TO WEAR AND CRUMBLE. I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR - THEY SHOWED ME WHAT STAMPLED CONCRETE WAS, AND NOW MY DECK IS GREAT!
