Charlie was awesome! He was a little early, which was great! He answered all my questions and let me know what he was doing and the chemicals he was using. He was very thorough! The couch looks and smells great! He did a great job of cleaning up after he was done as well!!! I would defiantly use him again!

Charlie was exceptional! My furniture had some really bad spots and Charlie was able to get the stains out. I had a couch with old rust and urine stains that looked awful and believe it or not, he was able to get all the stains out! I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again! Charlie and his assistant did a great job. They were on time and did not rush through the job. I asked for him to come by before he did any work so he could give me an estimate and he did so. I didn't want to incur any surprise charges, and I did not. Would highly recommend him.

Had couches and chairs cleaned. They were very accomodating - took the pieces outside to clean since I was concerned about my new carpeting. Took their time, eager to please. Upholstery looks great at this time.

They were here on tim and very nice. I enjoyed them. The carpet looked great when they were done. It took 4 hrs to dry when they said 2 hrs. A few days later the stains returned and the carpet had a weird smell to it.

Punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable, respectful and genuine! We were a bit nervous to have our wool rug cleaned by anyone. Charlie explained the process with much detail and was just as concerned as we were about the successful completion of the job. The rug was returned to our home on schedule and it looks beautiful. This is the best experience we have had with any professional cleaning company.

Charlie and Sarah were wonderful. Cleaned out my dryer duct, explained everything they did, showed me what they found, cut down the hose which was left way too long by the men who installed my new dryer and tested the dryer to make sure it was working right and told me what to do if I needed to reset the dryer system. I can't wait to use them again for other projects around my house.
