I had my carpets cleaned and was very satisfied with Charlie's service. He paid attention to detail and pleasing his customers was most important. He did a particularly good job on my stairs(13 of them!) I highly recommend him.

Fast, professional, friendly. Did a great job on our sectional. I was very pleased with their attention to detail. Priced as good, or better than anyone else. Can't say enough good things about them. I am bringing them back to do my air ducts. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

I used another steam carpet cleaning company three years ago - they were 'ok', but given all the rave reviews on here for CPR, I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I did, they are awesome! They worked with my schedule and gave me a one hour window. Charlie was running 10 minutes late and called ahead to let me know. He was friendly, courteous and professional. The best part is that he did a GREAT job getting all the carpets really clean - I couldn't be happier - and all for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be using them next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I hired Charlie from CPR to clean/sanitize air/duct/blower, attic, crawl space and new attic insulation. He didn't have a clue what he was doing and he damaged my new floor in the process. Upon completion of work the entire place was as dirty as before. He covered the entire attic w new insulation on top of old insulation infested w rat feces. I have reports and photos. He never came back to fix the problems as he had promised nor did he returned my calls. He basically got my money and ran with it. I trusted him and he took advantage of that. I feel Charlie has not business ethics or morals. I disputed his service/charges. I would recommend to others that have used his service to have it checked out by another company.

I hired CPR for duct leaning sanitizing and cleaning of the attic, drapes,carpets,area rugs of different material type. They were absolutely brilliant in thier work which showed much passion, and pride in what they do. Their business acumen is impeccable and they treat the place like it were dear to them and what they want the end result as. I am looking for the 6th star to rate them. The best to them for a bright future in their business. I will refer them to all friends and family ...take my word hire them if you need the services mentioned above.

Certified Pros also provides air duct cleaning services, which I also hired the company to do. In both the upholstery and air duct cleaning, Certified did a thorough job. They were courteous and efficient, and treated our home with respect. I highly recommend Certified Pros -- they are a company which lives by their name.

Charlie and Sara care about the quality of their work and it shows in all aspects of their beings. I could not be more satisfied with their work. They are, courteous, professional and very pleasant. They are honest. They are the complete package! I took cards to my real estate agent and will hand others out to my friends and neighbors. Excellent job all around.
