Baylight Carpet Cleaning

I had the carpet on my stairs cleaned and my couch and live seat. The dark stains came out and they looked new again. Both the carpet and upholstery are cream white. She worked quickly and was very kind and friendly. She also wore a mask while working. I’ve hired her twice and will do so again next time I need it.

It went well. The carpet tag said to have it dry cleaned. Monica took it to her place of business and cleaned it. It was not dry-cleaned but the chemicals she used worked.

My experience with Baylight carpet cleaning was great! Monica worked on my carpets and did a phenomenal job! She was efficient, clean, good spirited, and ready to work. She never slacked off or seemed lazy by any sense. She had a good and positive attitude that made me feel happy with my choice in company. I could not be happier with the work that was done. With a few children and a couple dogs my carpet was in a real need of cleaning. I was very impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of work that was performed. What really sold me was that I would have another woman working in my home which made me feel comfortable being me and my young children. Also knowing that they used non toxic ingredients so I did not have to worry about my kids or pets being around the carpet during its drying phase. I cannot be happier. She even cleaned a few deep stains in other rooms for free. Wow, service! I will hire her every year.
