This was the worst experience with a moving company ever! They changed the terms of the contract the day before the move. I received an email when I booked for $95 an hour plus $50 travel and everything included for a professional move. The day before the move they tried to change the price to $125 per hour. They agreed to honor the original price, but when the driver showed up they were charging me for supplies. Fortunately, I had everything wrapped in advance but they still found additional things to charge me for, including double drive time which they say is California law. If that's the case they should have disclosed that in advance. What should have been a $525 move for five hours cost me well over $600, which included a surprise 5% credit card fee which they magically decided to add at the end of the job. I've moved several times in my life so I have the experience to know these guys are not the movers you want to use unless you love surprises on moving day.

They were on time and supplied wardrobe boxes. The wrapped the furniture and were cautious to carefully carry items

The two men who loaded and moved my furniture were very professional and hard working! The salesman who I set my move up with did not inform me of the full cost of the move. He failed to tell me of the extra charges. I was told $75 an hour, minimum of 4 hours and $65 in fuel cost. When the movers arrived I was told $80 an hour and $100 fuel, 5 hour minimum. They had me between a rock and a hard place because I needed to move!

Great movers. Hard working, quick yet careful. Wonderful group to work with during a stressful moving time due to a flood.

Would not recommend. Extremely long day (over 11 hrs) just to move a household that was already over 50% packed up, over to another house less than 4 miles away. Least efficient move I've ever done.

We recently moved to California and when we got here much of our belongings had to temporarily be put in storage until we completed an addition on our house. When that time came, we hired Relocation Network to move our things and I am so glad we chose them. Nick and Renaldo were on time, extremely professional, thorough, friendly and conscientious about their work. They also communicated constantly with me about the details and progress of the move. They were very careful and also willing to go above and beyond to get the job done right. We have moved a lot over the years so I have many experiences to compare them to. I will definitely hire these guys again. Great experience.

Mike and his crew were great!! I don't ever plan on moving again but if I had to, I would definitely use Relocation Network. Be advised, if you don't have everything prepackaged and you have to use their supplies,it can get expensive but I'm sure they aren't any more expensive than any other company. The most important quality is they cared about my furniture and fragile items. And they were careful not to scratch my new walls.

They were very good, but keep an eye on your expenses since I used three different companies.

Amazing service, but no padding or shrink wrap.

My biggest concern is that sales are not upfront on incidental charges that can be substantial ie shrink wrapping, taping, boxes, fuel surcharges, etc. Their hourly rate is good and their people work hard.

The guys worked very hard, and did a great job - broke two brand new plastic containers, but did a good job with the furniture. I was fine buying lunch and giving a generous gratuity. The huge con is the unbelievable charge for supplies. Even though I have plenty of new boxes, I didn't have a problem with them using four of their medium boxes to put some items in. I pay $1.34 each at Lowe's. I was beyond surprised to find out at the end that those four boxes cost $72!! Each box was $18/each! Including the use of the tape and plastic wrap it was a total of $252! And that was with a discount (?)! I was planning on using them for a second move, but will not be able to afford those prices again.

Mike and Steve worked tirelessly and very carefully to ensure our furniture was handled with out issue. They had suggestions and were very courteous. I would hire this company and great team again in a second. Thanks so much!

James, Jason & Ricardo are three of the hardest working people I've ever known. They were very professional and friendly making my moving experience very pleasant. James, the Lead Person, knows how to run a team which they all were great teamwork. I moved from a two story townhouse to a two home both with a lot of stairs and these guys maneuvered my property up and down those stairs and around the tricky corners with such an ease and they didn't damage a thing. God forbid I should have to move again but if I did I would hire this crew again. Thanks again guys.

I was very pleased with their service. I selected Relocation for the price, but the team that was sent out was willing to go above and beyond what I had asked for, and all of the guys on the team were great. A nine hour job to move a five-bedroom house, even after having to make a second trip because all my stuff wouldn't fit into one truckload! I hope to never have to use them again (I plan to stay put), but if I ever have to move again, I will call them first!
