My husband and I are very happy we found Much Better Construction on Home Advisor to install a handrail on our front porch. I received a call from Isaac immediately after I contacted Home Advisor and he came to our house the very same dayâ ¦..great service! He came by our home to give us an estimate and suggested a particular handrail to order. Isaac was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and communicative about the project at hand. As soon as we received the shipment, I called Isaac and he was available a few days later. We were very impressed with his work ethics and how quickly he was able to assemble and install the handrail. The price he quoted us was very competitive/ reasonable. Isaac the owner was great. They were always on time and clean up before they left was good too. He fixed an 8 foot window that was leaking and had mold. They went into the wall replaced parts sealed it up on the outside redid paint and stucco then came inside and repaired around window got rid of mold patched got paint to match and it looks like new! They also resealed all my other winds and painted wood trim. Very satisfied with job and as soon as it warms up will ask them to paint my wood trim!

I hired Isaac to remove my Trex decking and install a french drain system along my back sidewalk area. He removed the Trex and we found existing drainage under the decking and dirt that had accumulated prior to my purchase of the house. He flushed out the existing drain system, repaired some rotten stringers, sealed the top of the 2"x6"'s and re-installed the Trex decking. It took about 4 days, very quick. Isaac and his team were great to work with. He was on site and very active in overseeing the project. He was a pleasure to work with and I then contracted him to remodel my master bathroom.

Isaac was wonderful to work with. I actually called him out to give me a quote on deck repair and he ended up advising me on a flood mitigation project I had been struggling with. He ultimately ended up giving me a quote for about half the amount as another company. They were able to start almost immediately and completed the work in the proposed window. Everyone Isaac employed for the job was kind and considerate of our space. The only thing I would note is that at times there was no notice of when workers would be coming or going, but ultimately that wasnâ t much of an issue since they got the job done on time. I also REALLY appreciated that Isaac was able to show me so many examples of his previous work. Thatâ s pretty rare in the contracting world.

After decades of rot & disrepair, a reasonable cost estimate & 5-7 day repair schedule was determined. As reconstruction commenced other repair issues were identified, addressed & changed as needed. There was no fuss from the contractor or workers or change in the estimated cost & completion date. It was a pleasure to work with Much Better Constrution Inc.

Got the job done very promptly and fast

Issac came over and did an initial inspection the same day we first spoke. On his first visit he did an inspection, showed me detailed examples of his previous work, and made arrangement to return the next day with his foreman. The next days they made detailed plans for the job, provided me with estimate. They returned five days later and completed the work. From start to finish, the job was completed in less than a week. I am very happy with the repair and the quick and professional manner in which it was done.

This team came up with swift solutions and responses. I was impressed by the level of professionalism. They were always available to answer questions and gave us a renewed confidence about our deck. I would definitely recommend them and re-hire for future projects without hesitation.

From the first time I contacted Much Better Construction, Inc. for an estimate to build a pergola, the communication was great . The price was fair, so we agreed and reserved a date and time. They were on-time and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up everything after they finished. The quality of work was top notch,! Isaac pays great attention to detail and wants his clients to be happy. On another project they installed a new deck and railing. I year later I had some paint bubble on the railing and they immediately came out to fix it.

I had a leak that came from multiple sources. Isaac came and kept on working until he was satisfied all sources were addressed. I was impressed by his diligence and how many times he returned to assure it was fixed. I recommended him to my friend who also had a leak that she had several companies inspect without success. Heâ s fixed her problem too! If you are looking for a diligent contractor who really cares, give Much Better a call!

Isaac and his team did a major bathroom remodel project for us and we couldnâ t be more happy with the process and the results. The work crew were always on time, respectful and very tidy. We live in a condominium complex so it is very important that this contractor and crew adhered to HOA rules and were mindful of minimizing disturbances to our neighbors. Isaac was super communicative throughout the whole process and always responded promptly to questions or concerns..
