Juan was very punctual and courteous. The work was done efficiently and quickly and the cost was fair. My only criticism would be that the office personnel did not confirm the appointment and I was not even certain he would show up until he called me 30 minutes before arriving to say that he was on his way. All in all, though, I highly recommend Bright Light.

I was impressed with how knowledgeable, articulate, and pleasant Juan was. We met at the appointed time and he was able to give me an estimate before he left. He returned on the scheduled date, on time, calling to let me know he was on his way. He completed the work as agreed. He was efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. Before he left, I asked him a lot of questions for the next phase of my project, which he was able to answer, again very knowledgeable and taking the time to be thorough. I will continue to work with Juan on all future electrical projects.
