Just the best, most responsive, hardworking electrician ever. Have used Bright Light several times for many different electrical installations and repairs. Mr. Martinez is a great guy with good character. Would absolutely recommend! Found him through Home Advisor.

Extremely professional. Follow CDC COVID-19 protocol, such as wearing mask and putting on shoe covering each time he entered the home. Was able to Explain very thoroughly steps needed to complete the job.

Loved this service . he ,Juan Martbino , was even a few minutes early ,said he would advise of the charge after he checked it out . Very professional , even covered his shoes when entering the house. Knew eaxctly what to do ,and did it quickly. Very satisfied with the charge and would Definitely' use this service again. Great service.

They were very good. Knew what they were doing and showed up on time. I don't know what electricians charge but I thought they were very expensive.

Juan was very friendly and professional... even covered his shoes before entering my home. He cleaned up the work area very well after he completed the work. Everything he did is working as it should now.

Juan did a great job removing my old bathroom fixtures and replacing with new, more modern and efficient ones. Made sure all areas were covered before he started the work. Very conscientious! Thank you for a job well done Juan!

Juan was very professional every step of the way. He called ahead of time to discuss my concerns that I needed addressed, did a thorough inspection of the house upon his arrival, and returned to do the actual work in an extremely timely manner. My husband and I are very happy with his work and will definitely use Bright Light for any future electrical needs!

Juan arrived on time He put covers over his shoes as we don t wear shoes inside He showed me what needed to be done. Did the work then walked me through what was done afterwards. I now understand my electrical panel as he labeled what each breaker works in my home.

Bright light was very responsive and did a great job installing a new set of power and cable outlets in and around a fireplace and built-in cabinets. The service was a little pricey, but the end result was great, and the level of complexity of that area of install almost certainly warranted the price and duration. Sergio was also willing to help with another small issue while he was there.

Professional installation of light fixtures, but a little pricey. On time, but denied conversation we had previously about a sensor light that was installed upside down by someone else. Why so defensive, you are not the one who installed it that way? My empty new light fixture boxes with my name and info were dumped somewhere in LA, apparently not by Bright Light, but someone who took their trash bags and with the boxes and old fixtures in them. Received an angry phone call from the homeowner where the boxes were dumped, very unsettling experience. Bright Light did offer to pick up the boxes if the homeowner called me back with an address, but the homeowner did not. Good skills, but after this experience, and the price, I will not use this company again. What a shame.
