They were awesome - Juan came out and spent over an hour inspecting panel, sub-panel and home for electrical issues we had been having and only charged us $50! Upon inspection he didn't find anything in particular but suggested that we have LA-DWP come out to make sure it's not on their end. Juan called DWP the next day and they came out later that afternoon and inspected our meter and put a new service line in from the pole to our meter and so far we haven't had any more issues. They also offered to give us a quote to repair two breakers and do some work in our garage.
