So first after I booked my move and got my estimate over the phone, H2H movers were in contact with me multiple times confirming the date and time of my move as it got closer. The morning of the mover, Mark called me and let me know what time the movers would be showing up which put my mind at ease. Constantine and his team were prompt and worked consistently to get my stuff protected and packed up. They even got a huge monster wardrobe up a flight of stairs and into my new residence. They set up all my furniture and didnâ t let me lift a finger the entire day. Moving is always stressful but I canâ t think of anything that would have made things any easier than this company did. Highly recommend. I will be using them in a couple weeks for my momâ s move. Thank you H2H!

Albert and his team show up on time and ready to work! They moved my family into our new home, packing and moving every item carefully yet with speed. The office team from beginning to end was responsive during the planning process and checked in during the move day. Everyone maintained a positive attitude throughout the long day which I appreciated.

I used H2H to move from my 2 bedroom apartment to a storage unit and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I requested a quote, they were responsive and friendly, and very organized. The movers arrived right on time, and they were friendly, efficient, thorough and safe! At the end of the move, the total was exactly what they quoted me and I was very happy with the service! Major plus that this is a woman owned and managed company!

These guys were amazing!!! Went above and beyond! Called several times before our move to confirm everything, called during our move and after. Handled everything very professionally. Highly recommend.

Do not rely on their estimates. They will figure out way to milk more money out of client. Very deceptive conversations for over the phone setup of service. They record and have their lines practiced. Count on a bill higher than quote. Crew that moved furniture was very good. No issues with their staff. A 3 hour minimum is not a 3 hour minimum. Buyer beware. I hear this is a problem with all movers. Good luck

I can not recommend these movers enough. Every detail up until the day of my move was communicated clearly, I knew exactly what and when to expect them. They were fast and efficient. This was by far the best moving company I've ever used and I will definitely be using them in the future!!

Efficient and careful

H2H Movers were quite exceptional. Everything was done really quickly and professionally. Everything was stored into my storage unit, without any issues. No damage to any of my belongings. A great company! The movers arrived on time and were very courteous. All furniture was wrapped carefully and everything was moved with care as if the furniture was their own. They were very efficient and very accommodating to any requests on my part. This is my second time using H2H Movers and I don't think you can beat the quality move you get for the price.

We had a three man crew and they clearly communicated with us how we needed to pack up, where everything would go at our destination and even rearranged furniture if didnâ t like the placement. The price was competitive and everything went smoothly in spite of Covid-19 inconveniences. I would highly recommend.

Highly suggest a different moving company due to disorganization, improper equipment, unprofessional staff. Services advertised were not rendered. Customer service resolution was not provided. Strongly recommend hiring a different moving service.

Moving can be so stressful and these guys (Al, Mike, and Misha) really made it so easy. They packed everything, continued to check and make sure I was satisfied, dealt with the storage facility all without me having to be present. We have a long distance move coming up and I will absolutely hire them again.

They were decent. For how low of a price they gave me, they were definitely worth it. But I wasn't blown away by their service or anything. I didn't have very much stuff as I had already packed my car with half of the boxes and smaller items and there was only 1 room full of furniture to move to my new room rental. But they did show up on time, loaded my stuff quickly and unloaded quickly. There was a little bit of damage to the new wood floors in my new rental because of this huge armoire I have that's a pain in the you know what to move. So the scratch is understandable. Hopefully my landlord doesn't notice it when it's time to get my security deposit back! hehe ;) Did I mention they were by FAR the cheapest option in the area? And I literally called them the day before I was moving. So I'm very glad they went out of their way to fit me into their tight schedule.

They were so unprofessional. This was a move from an office to a house which included about 6 pieces of furniture and about 15 boxes. There was a weight issue and one mover was in the hall talking on the phone and not moving my items. They took furniture that was to stay and had to return it otherwise I would have canceled the charge. They charge for weight - they are moving furniture. They guess the extra weight - they had no scale to determine the real weight. I ended up paying 30% more due to the weight. What a lie! have moved many times in my life and never had an experience like this. So unprofessional. I so wanted to give a great review since it is women-owned but just cannot in good conscience. The owner called me after my review. After a long call, we resolved the issues I had. I did not give them a higher rating since the job was already done.

H2H Movers provided outstanding service. I hired them for a local move that had a ridiculous amount of walking from my apartment to the freight elevator (literally two city blocks). Alex and Mike were both complete professionals and worked quickly, safely, and efficiently. I was completely satisfied with everything. Thanks to everyone at H2H.....(including Lily)......

Everything about this company was smooth and efficient. From speaking on the phone to Jessica to having the van arrive promptly and having Alex and his team pack up my furniture to help our move. Thank you H2H! Also my second time using these guys - great work.

My last moving experience with another company was not so great, so I was skeptical when choosing a new mover. This experience with H2H was extremely pleasant. From the start they gave me an hourly rate discount for a cash payment, which on my limited budget help immensely. The communication was superb with H2H, they called me the evening before to confirm I was still on track, I received a text message in the morning with an ETA, and the guys called me a few minutes before their arrival. The two gentlemen that came out to do the move were very professional, polite, and clean. They listened and accommodated all my needs and addressed my concerns. Being hourly, I made the incorrect assumption they would drag their feet a little to bring up the hours work, boy was I wrong, they moved swiftly and kept assuring me that the move would be quick. I plan on moving again in the next few months and you can rest assured that I will be calling H2H for that move as well. Thanks H2H!

Very happy with the service. The workers were friendly and efficient. They explained billing when they first arrived and then were quickly to work. They were extremely considerate of our new home, and hand-carried items upstairs to save the floors and walls from their dollie. I would definitely recommend.
