Terry, the owner of Ngoc Thanh is the best. He is very responsive in responding to my inquiry about installing a charge station for my new EV. Terry answered all my questions throughly and follow up to make sure I am comfortable with his explanations of the project. His bid was reasonable in comparison to other bids I have received. After I decided to hire him, the project couldnâ t start until a month later because Chargepoint was behind in their manufacturing and he was very kind in agreeing to honor the bid for a whole month later. Once I received the Chargepoint charger, We set up an installation appointment the next day and Terry installed the charger efficiently and superbly with quality materials . I canâ t be happier with his works. We have decided Terry is going to be our go to electrician going forward. I highly recommend Terry and Ngoc Thanh Electric without reservations.

Always was super prompt and professional. Arrived on schedule, finished quickly, everything completed without issue. It's a comfort to know that he's an engineer as well! Would definitely use again for future electrical work.
