Bruce's Carpet Cleaning

Bruce was on time and showed up when he said he would. He did a good job and left everything as he found it. He had trouble with an area that had a cat vomit on it, which must have been dyed by the medicine, but he was able to get most of it up and you have to look close to notice it now. We had an area with cat urine and that doesn't smell anymore.

Bruce was quick to call me after my contact with Home Advisor. I explained my situation regarding any possible fumes left in the carpet areas to be cleaned and was advised that any fumes/odors from the job would be minimal. We established very good communications and agreed to make contact the next day before the job was started. Bruce and his son arrived well within the window of time agreed. The areas of heavy stains were treated before the actual cleaning was started. As there were several heavy items of furniture that would not be moved from the needed cleaning areas, I removed all the other furniture outside to give Bruce and his son the best possible chance at cleaning the carpet areas available. The cleaning process was done in a timely manner and I was quite pleasantly surprised at how well the job turned out. YES- I would recommend Bruce's Carpet Cleaning to anyone that I knew needing steam cleaning in their home. The job was done professionally and any additional questions I had for the men were answered in clear manner. I felt comfortable with the understanding of the problems of any fumes/smells left by the cleaning job for the lady that I am a care giver for being clear to Bruce and his son.

He came by himself no other helper to stat with we move most of features before ha came. Spot never cleaned, I have to cleaned by my self. He did not have business card nor receipt (we paid $125.00) Than I ask his Business card, he said "I forgot". Then he rote peace of paper His name & phone #. only no receipt. We are so disappointed. I do not recommend any body for him. You should removed his name from list. My son came soon after he left, He said I could do better job, where did you find him ? I said on line Ad. My carpet is stay before he came, no implement. Sorry customer Eiko Asselin. From Concord.

Bruce was amazing and responded quickly and did wonders. We have a 3 and a 5 year old and he got rid of the mess they had made of our carpets throughout. He will be back out!!!
