Bruce's Carpet Cleaning

I went on HomeAdvisor to see about having our sectional cleaned. Within 15 min Bruce called. We chatted about what I needed and was going to set up an appt. on a day I was off, Monday. Well it just so happened that he had a cancellation that day which was Sunday. He arrived and was done in about 90 min. He did a perfect job, cleaned up everything, couches dried by next morning and we all are very happy!!! Awesome service!!!!

Bruce did well on the carpet, he was late, but we weren't ready at the appointed time either. All in all, doing it himself, he gave post-cleaning instructions and extra advice about the carpets. A great experience!

HOME ADVISOR IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. IT TAKES CARE OF THE "PROS" IT PIMPS OUT FOR MONEY. WHEN AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR IT RECOMMENDED DEFRAUDED ME AND OVERCHARGED ME FOR SHODDY WORK, IT REFUSED TO PUBLISH MY REVIEW. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP. HOME ADVISOR REFUSED TO PUBLISH MY REVIEW, SAYING IT RECOUNTED ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. WHAT IT REALLY MEANT WAS THAT IT PROTECTS IT MEMBERS, WHO PAY FEES FOR REFERRALS. IF ANYONE EVER SAYS A WORD TO ME ABOUT HOME ADVISOR OR ANY OTHER SUCH SERVICE, I WILL TELL THEM THE TRUTH. I AM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND NAME HOME ADVISOR AS A CO-CONSPIRATOR IN THE FRAUD.

I hired this gentleman (org) to clean the carpets in four midsize rooms in my house. The carpets were fairly dirty. He was initially nice and seems to have the required equipment and chemicals for the job. I'd read the reviews about his org and was satisfied with my choice. However, the job wasn't done well. I must admit that he did clean the carpets but for some reasons the dirt marks on all rooms rarely disappeared. They were still there and appeared as if they had not been cleaned at all. I contacted the contractor and explained the situation to him. He gave several excuses and assumed the carpet was very old and wasn't the right one for the rooms. I explained to him that some of the carpets had recently been installed, they were not very old and I clean them almost every quarter and have never had any complaint. He then started to complain about my accent, stating that he couldn't understand what I was saying. Bear in mind, my accent wasn't an issue when I contracted him to do the job or when I was with him in the house explaining my expectations to him. It should be noted that I speak very clearly. He later agreed to come and have a look and fix the problem. He came in at a later date and decided that he couldn't fix the problem anymore and refunded half of the amount paid. I was very disappointed in certain things he said questioning my integrity. That made me very upset.

The work was excellent. The only problem was he left the gate open and one of my dogs got out. Warning! Secure your animals before he comes. He left the gate open again and luckily, my other dog did not go anywhere.

Bruce was very professional, thorough, and did an excellent job. We highly recommend him!

He was in and out and worked like a crazy guy. He kept very busy. Not one spot was left after the work. He threw in a carpet clean with the job he had done. He was very warm and I was not uncomfortable around him. He was a really good guy.

BRUCE WAS VERY PROMPT, HARD WORKER AND COURTEOUS.

They provided carpet cleaning on an extremely soiled carpet that had multiple pet stains and odors. I didn't think it was possible, but the carpet looked like new when they finished. I think they provide and excellent service and price.

He was good knowlegable and fast and great price I will hire him again for the future

He called to let me know that he running a bit late. When he saw that I was recovering from a root canal done the day before he offered to take my area rug to work on overnight and return the next day. Great customer service!!
