I when I contacted Angie’s list Bruce was only one and the first one responded his quote was reasonable was hired on the spot came in on time finish the job correctly I am very happy with his work

He arrived late. We started talking about what was needed and did not choose which rooms to clean. I had spots I had tried to clean, but apparently he was not able to get spots out. He spent time trying to clean spots and did not finish bedroom carpet. Too friendly, hot day, Charged $160. Not interested in having him again.

Bruce followed up and was hired on our first phone call. He had a flexible time that fit perfectly with mine and he was quick, affective, as well as a far price. The heavy traffic areas are clean but will need follow up care. Overall good service, excellent follow up, and you get more than you pay for by using Bruce's Carpet Cleaning Service!!

As soon as he left, I immediately started looking for known professional. $180 down the drain. Such a waste.
