When he arrived his face was deep red and he looked drunk. He didn't look professional. He left our carpets super wet. He cleaned a throw rug and it didn't feel the same. It was hard and smelled. My husband had to rinse it out.

After drying the carpets didn't look any better than before.

It is obvious Bruce is such a hard and competent worker. He arrived on time, and explained every step and the likely outcomes. Bruce was cautious not to over-sell his skills, and I was so wonderfully surprised! All of the upholstery he cleaned, both sofas, ten table chairs, and two wing chairs came out just gorgeous!
