Description of Work: I called for three estimates for window treatments from Angies List. I spoke with Angela at length to arrange an estimate with a tenant occupied property. I informed her that she was competing for the job. She didnt ever bother to call me with an estimate after agreeing to do so, nor with a reason why I was ignored.
