It went quite well. In addition to doing a great job tuning the piano he was friendly and discussed my piano specifically giving historical detail of what type of Yamaha Grand Piano it was etc. I had the piano in storage for about 6yrs and he brought it back to life. It was abit coincidental but it turned out that he had tuned the piano the last time before it went into storage 6yrs ago--I had forgotten that it was him but he had left a tiny "seal of service" from the last time--so there was continuity of the tuning. I am truly enjoying my piano thanks to his great service!

Jeff was willing to work around my schedule and location. He was very willing to talk me through all his work. Although additional repairs needed to be made beyond the tuning the bill was very fair. I have already scheduled a return visit.

Jeff was delayed due to a difficult circumstance & did phone, but it was 30 min past appt time. An earlier call would've been helpful, but luckily I was home for the morning anyway. Jeff apologized sincerely & came over as soon as he could. His service was well worth the wait. He didn't chide me for the neglect of my piano, just got to work and tuned it nicely. I will definitely have him back in 6 mos to work on it again. His fee was reasonable, especially with the coupon. He charges far less than the Del Mar guy I used to use (and who chastised me for not getting piano tuned more often, ugh. I have enough guilt in my life, thanks.) Recommend Mr. Tuner without reservation. He is professional, courteous, skilled, and easy-going. My son is so happy to have his songs sound like they should! Our piano teacher is going to be delighted.

Jeff was great! He was able to come out within the week, and he repaired the string in my house that day. He did a beautiful job tuning the piano. He also offers to come back for free after the strings settle in for a second tuning. No one else has every offered that to me when tuning my piano. His prices are fair and he's very good at his trade. I will continue to use him for all my piano needs in the future!

Service was on time and very professional. It is obvious that he has great respect for musical instruments. He was thorough and had the piano sounding very nice. He even found an old string cheese deep inside the piano.

I found them on Angie's List. He gave me a discount. It was a very good experience. Although he was a little bit late, he did a really good job. He is a pro in what he does. He is a nice person. He cares about his work. He got tied up and he was late so I had to wait. His price is good.

Service was fine. Mr. Tuner was paid directly by the refinishing company and had no problem with that billing arrangement. Will definitely use again when next tuning is due.

I was so excited to finally find someone to tune my piano that I was comfortable with. My last experience with a piano tuner was not good and I was reluctant to go through that process again. He was condescending and critical. Did not explain things like Jeff did so we could understand the process. Jeff was not pushy explained things and costs that made sense and left the decision up to us. I highly recommend Jeff.

The provider showed up within the window of time that he had given us and called to let us know when exactly he would arrive. He examined our piano and knew exactly what it needed. It took him about 1.5-2 hours to fully tune the piano. He also checked and lubricated the squeaky pedals. Overall we were very happy with the service. We got a great discount by using the coupon he provided for first time customers. I would highly recommend his services and will use him again.

We wanted to have the piano tuned before the Christmas festivities, but we had a tight schedule. Jeff Lehman rearranged his schedule to suit ours. He was punctual, polite and cheerful and a pleasure to work with. He performed a regular tuning, including the removal of two stray pencils, but he charged extra for the concert grand. He honored an Angies List coupon. Even without the the coupon discount, his charges were less than most other tuners we have used. His work was excellent and the piano sounds as good as it can be. We intend to use Jeff for future tunings.

Mr, Tuner arrived promptly. He did his work quickly. He used an app on his mobile phone to provide the pitches and then worked across the keyboard adjusting pitch and intervals. I downloaded this app and check the pitch from time to time. Five months later the tuning is still precise for the most part, but when the need arises for further adjustment, I will call Mr. Tuner to perform the task.

Very well, I was lucky that the schedule had an opening in my area and I was able to have the work done the next day. My piano had not been tuned in 8-9 years. I had a special service done to help with the pads and allow a quicker response when the key is struck. I used my Angies List coupon which is how I found Mr. Tuner. It took one visit and I am enjoying the music again. Thank You Mr. Tuner!!

He was pretty thorough and did a lot more work than just tuning the piano. I would use him again in the future.

We have a Yamaha professional upright that I occasionally play for relaxation. It had not been tuned for the last 3-4 years, and the sound had started to seem "funny" even to my "not-so-sophisticated" ears. So I wanted to tune it. I found that Jeff Lehman lived in the local area and had good reviews. So I called him. He was very professional, responsive and punctual. He did a fabulous job with my piano. It now sounds soooooo good !!! He is also a delight to talk to and we enjoyed a very nice conversation at the end of the tuning exercise. i am extremely pleased with his work and feel fortunate that I found him to get the tuning done.

Our Kawai was played nearly every day until our daughter left for college. Since then it has only been brought to life by the occasional guest.
