I do NOT take requests for information about my services lightly, and am proud to say that I have missed very few connections in my 40 years of providing trusted care for my clients and their pianos. BUT, that doesn't help you, as obviously I have failed in your case. Inexplicably, I have searched my emails for your name and address and have come up with nothing. I have a vague recollection of our phone conversation, and I do generally request a text or email when driving, so I must have indeed spoken with you.
