YB Cleaning Services

One of the workers did a good job with bathrooms. The other in the kitchen did a poor job and we noticed we were missing some plate sets afterwards.

We used YB twice and they break something both times, the 1st time was my favorite glass/water pitcher set, I let it go because I didn't want to get the cleaner in trouble. But the 2nd time one of the cleaners turned on my bath tub faucets too rough, the water was running like crazy and neither one of us was able to turn it off, I end up calling a plumber and paid more than $135 to fix it. The plumber was from Angie's list also, he communicated with YB prior to the service call, and he seems to think it wasn't YB's fault, however after he replace the faucet stem, we had the same problem not able to shut the water, he was able to make adjustment and all he said it was his mistake and never told me why it did turn off earlier. It was a very bad experience. The bottom line is we'll never use YB and will not recommend them.

They were really nice and have a good thing going. It went really well and they provided good cleaning.

The cleaners were quick and effective. However, they were late due to another job. So I had the appointment moved up, and they missed that time as well.

This outfit used to be pretty good. When we first started using YBC we had a solid crew of three led by a cracker jack seasoned woman who made sure that the place was cleaned properly and efficiently. Then the lead woman left their employment and they dropped to two cleaners without reducing our rate. We also had difficulty arranging a set monthly schedule and locking in a regular crew that we liked and trusted. The quality of cleaning began to slide precipitously after that and they then began breaking things left and right. We tolerated their reduced crew because they agreed to reduce our rate (eventually and after numerous complaints). We tolerated the breakage because they promised to reimburse us (we're still waiting on that). Then in January 2015 matters became worse still. On their last visit they wrecked half the place--carelessly dislodging multiple blind covers (and they couldn't be bothered to fix them), damaging our hardwood, breaking a contemporary sculpture, and leaving sink, bath, and much of the place improperly cleaned. I sent photographs to them of all of this and yet the best they would offer was a 50% discount and a bunch of excuses (this person was sick, that person was overwhelmed, etc.). THREE TIMES I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER ABOUT ALL OF THIS. The first request was ignored. The second request was refused. Finally, I instructed them to suspend service until I hear directly back from the owner (still waiting on that nearly a month later). This outfit has quickly gone from Good to Mediocre to Poor to Stay Clear.

They were really good and they were efficient.

They did a great job it was a real mess I usually clean but I had a big party and needed this cleaning service help. I will hire them in the future if needed

We like them for a long time but then at the end they were just starting to get inconsistent because we were getting different crews and we were used to the same people. The service kind of went downhill because we’re getting different people. So we just told them not to come back anymore. We really liked the lady that we used to have, she was really good even though here other members were often switched, we were fine with that as long as we have her. But when she was switched, her replacement did not do a good job.

It went well, they did a good job. They maybe missed a few small things here and there, and at the end of the alotted time, the man that seemed to be in charge was trying to hurry and leave. I would have rather had them take the time to check over the work with me and make sure it was all done. I am cool with paying for extra time, as it's more important to me to get it all done and leave nothing unfinished. I would have them back and just talk to them first, as they seem like good people that want to do a good job. I do plan on hiring them again, as these seem like kinks that can be worked out as we get on a more regular schedule.

They were really great. They were fast and they cleaned up really well. I liked everything that they did. They cleaned up the house fast and accurately. They ran through it and it was great.

When they first started coming out, they did a really fantastic job with three people! However, they gradually sent fewer and fewer workers for the job, which contributed to the quality of the work declining over time because they couldn't get everything done. It came to my attention that they are not independent contactors that are not paying taxes.

The cleaners did a good job, but there are management problems. They did not do things I specifically asked for but I gave then another chance and signed on for monthly cleaning and the same thing happened again. Then 2 weeks later with no notice I came home to a clean house! It was a nice surprise but a scheduling error on their part. Then they told me they could not keep my December date and offered me Xmas Eve late afternoon instead. No luck in trying to re-schedule for a more reasonable time (they offered the 23rd, still doesn't work with family coming into town to stay). Whenever I have expressed my concerns there really has been no attempt to improve (very poor customer service) so I cancelled my contract today.

They were very organized. They did a very nice job.

The company responded quickly after my purchase of their Big Deal. However, they were completely booked at the time I needed the service performed, so I did not use them.

They called me the next day to follow up. They are very professional, on time and they have great follow up to make sure that you are a happy customer.

Good. The woman was very thorough in cleaning the kitchen cabinets- she wiped down all surfaces including inside doors. The man did the heavier work in the entry and the outside table and refrigerator. They were very pleasant. I have a regular housekeeper that comes twice each week, so my house is in good order. This was booked for extra tidying up before a large party, but I would use them again for this or to cover my housekeeper's vacations. It was very easy to schedule.

The work done was great with very professional and efficient staff. I will definitely use them again.

INCREDIBLE!!! The two people they sent were clearly pros. They cleaned the entire house in the 2 hours and did not cut corners! They did a better job than anyone has ever done i twice the time, My house is spotless and I could not be happier.

Very professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again. They did a very thorough job vacuuming all crevices, and cleaning the floors. Even after a week, my floors still look clean.

I bought this for my mothers home. My cousin contacted me and said they already had someone going out there to preform the service. I do not need this deal anymore.

YB was extremely thorough. Even when they lifted a box to vacuum under it, they also vacuumed the bottom of the box. Those details, as well as others left me with a very clean place, top to bottom. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you YB!

YB Cleaners sent two very courteous, and very accomodating professionals to clean my two story home prior to my wife's return from a two week absence. Their work was thorough and complete, and on time as promised. I would most definitely request YB Services again.

Excellent service. They showed up promptly. The ladies did a great job cleaning my house. I used a regular weekly service from a large company for a long time and they never cleaned thoroughly. My house was spotless!! Would definitely use them in the future.

Because of a language barrier the cleaners didn't follow the priority list and the most important part (kitchen) didn't get the time it needed. But they were nice and very hard working and what they cleaned they cleaned well.

This is my second review of YB cleaning services. I have been a regular client of YB and I could not be more satisfied with their level of service. They are always punctual and do a fantastic job in cleaning our home every other Sunday. The same crew that comes out is always professional and consistent in their work.
