Andy did a good job, was fast and reliable, didn t leave trash and debris, swept everything up and did a good job over all. 5/5 would recommend!

I was given the same sales pitch others were given that they have a crew in the area so they can reduce my cost. I had only a small minor leak but was sold a $13000 repair that others have said was not needed. As I can't get on my roof or into my attic I had to take their word and feel I was taken advantage of. I was also rushed into the repair as they said I couldn't wait and they could get right to it. If they paid their crew $1000 a day each and materials of $1000 there would still be $8000 left

Sunny and Gerry were very positively engaging and transparent throughout the repair. They fit me in between a few other larger local projects but I always felt the focus was on me. So great customer service. Pictures before and after were quite helpful because I did not have to go up on the roof myself to confirm the work was well done.

Halfway through the process (stripped to the wood and awaiting the city inspection). Great job so far - keep us updated, job started when stated, considered details (could our driveway tolerate the weight of a dumpster). Workmen efficient and clean up daily before leaving.

In our search for accredited and experienced roofers, we were promptly answered by Reliable Roofing. Because Sam was polite, professional and thorough in his review, while reasonable and accommodating in pricing, we chose this company over three others. Although time was not an issue for us, workers were out at 6am the very next morning to cover the roof for protection from forecasted rain. Everyone was respectful of our home and Covid-19 procedure, was hardworking, and cleaned up each day. Sam was considerate in communicating with us throughout the processâ and responsive to us. They neatly removed, stacked, matched and restored all of our original tiles. Replacement of compromised wood was more than adequate so that there were no issues with the inspection. Sam even helped dust the skylight shaft and install the fire alarms we needed. Completion of our whole roof was sooner and more effortless than expected. We are content with the excellent job - and the fifty-year warranty.

The service manger who gave us the estimate which was very reasonable for the job and broke down all the steps that they will do to complete the repairs, in addition he was on the job site all the time making sure the project was complete correctly and on time. Very professional, quick and clean. Berj was fantastic, couldn t even tell a crew was here after work was completed.

The work was completed in a short time. Argo, Scott, and the staff bent over backwards to work with us during our COVID-19 quarantine.

They are fortunate e to be represented by such a capable young man as Louis who looks after every detail. I feel they are overpriced, but it is the price you pay for such a professional job done well and on time.
