Reliable Roofing lives up to its name. When our re-roof job became more complicated due to a combination of 1950s construction and poor repair jobs from over the years, Reliable came up with a solution that fit our budget, and gave us a roof that will last a lifetime. Our project manager, Artin, was very attentive to our needs, and made sure the little details came out the way we wanted them. They left the job site clean, and the only way you'd have known they were there is the beautiful new roof on our house. Now I can rest easy, knowing that when it rains outside, it won't be raining inside as well. It also helps that they back up their work for 10 years (when most companies only cover 5) and the shingles are warrantied for 50 -- that's service you can rely on!

No one on work crew spoke English. No supervision on site while work being done. Solar-powered roof vents installed incorrectly (panels facing North, away from sun) and contrary to clear, illustrated instructions that came with units. Job supervisor telling me no other way to install???. Left lots of roof nails and other roofing debris in driveway and neighbors lawn.

Very unprofessional business practices. Their crew showed up unprepared without a ladder and tarps to cover my property for the demolition of my roof. They used my ladder and I covered my AC unit.

Kabo did a great job from beginning to end of project. He was very helpful and answered my sometimes silly questions. Job was done as stated, crew was on time work done well. Clean up and no trash left anywhere . A great company

Reliable Roofing did a great job replacing the roofs of our 4 apartment units! As a property owner, it was important for me to find a company that does quick & professional work, without sacrificing quality! We found those qualities when we hired Reliable Roofing for our roofing job! Art ensured that any issues that arose during the job were handled quickly & professionally. Having worked with many companies in the past, I am well aware that issues can arise during any project; but what separates the pros from the poor performers is how they work to resolve those issues! Honesty, communication & responsiveness are paramount in my book ... Art showed all of those qualities while working with us on this project! Art promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had through out the entire project ... and was willing to do what it took to make sure we were happy with the final outcome ... which I'm happy to say that we are! I would not hesitate to hire Reliable Roofing to work on any of our personal or rental property! They did a beautiful job on the roofs and cleaned up at the end of each work day ... much appreciated when you have rental property with small children about.

I was over charged because they provided an "approximate" sq footage, instead of actually taking accurate measurements and the workers left the my house a mess - with dozens of loose nails on my roof and surrounding areas on the ground.

initial quote was too high, I still think the final quote was too much however my roof needed to be repaired. during the first meeting the staff said the repair job would take two or three days with several men working on it, the job was completed in less than half a day by a couple of workers. I felt I had been lied to the whole time.

Mike was great to work with. He wrote up an itemized contract that was clear and detailed. He also explained the process of each step. He worked with the city for permits, the city inspector and the historical preservation committee to make sure our roof was in compliance as it is a historical home built in 1909. The roofers worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the job as well. At the end of the job, did a final walk to visually inspect the completed roof and attic supports Reliable Roofing also installed. Mike reviewed the contract with us to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The roofers made sure everything around the house was picked up and swept clean. No debris was left in the attic or outside and no nails were left around the house. We now have a beautiful roof that compliments our craftsman home. Bottom line, I would use them again and recommend highly. It was a pleasure to work with them on our roofing project with all it's special challenges and we are very happy clients.

This is very expensive work, more than I expected. I am still not finish yet. Please contact me when the work is completed.
