Fantastic! The salesman Sean was amazing, professional, friendly and really great to work with. They quoted me a price that was very low to redo the ENTIRE roof after the recent winds damaged it (the least expensive of all the quotes I got). I was afraid it was a bait and switch but on the contrary they did what they said they would do without a penny more. Finished the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves and I feel really blessed about the whole experience with Reliable Roofing. Sean, his manager Mike and Steve that helped with the paperwork and payments were all friendly, and helpful. I never felt for one moment I was bothering them when I called with my paranoid questions. Please ask to work with Sean! He’s a man of his word and Reliable Roofing is lucky to have him.

Excellent customer service

Poor customer service, lack of communication, sales reps do not have contact phone numbers to contact the customers. Think twice before you go with this company check reviews. Had scheduled an appointment and the company was a no show as well.

After getting 4 estimate for my roof I decided to hire RELIABLE ROOFING. The project manager delivered what he promised. Professional workmanship very clean and the crew was very friendly. Not only did they replace my new roof they also redid my back yard with new beautiful pavers that I love. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Reliable Roofing.

I hired Danny as my project manager to oversee the job. And so he did. He kept me informed every step of the way. His presentation was on point and a very likable guy. He installed awning and corning of shingle roof. Color was great to began with (Amber). He came by on a day-to-day basis to check up. The most important aspect that stood out to me was that he was reachable at all times. I highly consider that you should hire reliable roofing and especially Danny as your project manager. They were reliable, offered good customer service and thank them for hiring great employees!

Update: After discussing my concerns with Jack we were able to come to an amicable resolution on this job. The work contracted was completed and satisfactory. I think they provided a decent job on our roof. Original review: Completely disappointed, I truly regret having been talked into working with this company. Look elsewhere! Total high pressure salesmen. After you agree on a price and sign a contract they will come again and pressure you into more work. Here is my experience - After agreeing on a budget and signing a contract for an asphalt roof job, **Jack** and some other very aggressive guy that I'd never seen before, insisted on meeting me after the old roofing tile was stripped off our roof. Then they told me because there were 1/8 in gaps between the decking boards it would not pass inspection. Apparently there is no such requirement to pass inspection (I found out too late). Then they pressured me into signing a contract for a totally unnecessary $10,000 MORE to replace all the roofing boards (decking) with plywood. They used an unethical, pressure tactic to get me to agree to this, saying that it had to be done, or they could not continue, at this point my roof was bare and exposed, so there was added pressure from that. Now that I am reading other reviews I see that they often used the same tactic on other people to jack up the price, beyond the initial agreed upon estimate. If the problems that existed during the second shake down were actually there, should have been spotted and included in the original estimate. They weren;t and then brought up later with the false pressures to pump up the price. I feel totally suckered and can only hope that anyone doing research on roofing looks elsewhere.

Reliable Roofing came to my house gave an estimate on an Allstate insurance job and a complete roof replacement. Gold prices were over-inflated. But retain them to at least fixed one when damaged area. Cancelled the next day. After 2 months and numerous phone calls. I have received no call backs other than yesterday saying my check was in the mail Priority Mail 5 days ago. Never got a call back yesterday. So this company I considered to have bad business practices

Maybe a little better cleanup

Kabo was very professional and explained the work in detail. Materials appeared to be good quality. Waiting for rain to update review.

Kabo and Don came out and assessed our backyard. They shared our vision of what we wanted to do with our backyard and gave us a very good quote! They literally started work the next day and finished it in about 5 days! We could not believe how fast and efficient those guys were in their work. This included uprooting a tree, knocking down bordering planter, pull grass and repaving and laying down stones. The difference was night and day.
